I am a 20+ year local in Crested Butte Colorado. This hidden gem is at the base of 360* of majestic mountains with rolling hills of wildflowers and afternoon rainbows. I have been photographing couples for 2 decades, capturing their love and the essence of who they are. I am all about making you feel super relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera so the images caprtured reflect your true self!

It is an honor and a pleasure to work with couples who are in love, want to have fun and prioritaize photography. I am here to help from our first conversation to sitting down in my studio reviewing your images after the wedding. I will walk you through the timeline, make vendor suggestions and help you chose your photos for your products.

You will be working directly with me! Why is that so important? Well, unlike all your other vendors, your wedding photographer is the one person that will literally be with you the entire day, and be part of the planning leading up to your day. So, I think it’s extremely important that the person you hire to document one of the biggest moments in your life, is actually the same person whose work you are looking at and the very same person who you shared all those creative ideas with before your wedding.

Talk to your friends who have been married and one thing is certain, most all wish they had spent more money on their wedding photographer. Why? Because when it’s all said and done, the only thing left to remember your day, will be your wedding photography.

I also think a professional engagement session is important. It allows you to learn how to work with your photographer and just as importantly, as the photographer, how to work with you. I make it fun - including champagne and snacks while driving you around Crested Butte to all the fabulous locations we may not visit on your wedding day. It also gives you diversity with the imagery in your home. You don’t want every picture to be of you in your dress and tuxedo or shot at the same time of year. That is why I include an engagement session in each of my wedding photography collections.

I have been photographing these mountains for half my life and can give you the unique backdrops that your love deserves.
