What rude, disorganized service. Brides beware.
I met with her in December 2017 to talk about what I was envisioning for my day. I should have known when she didn't write anything down that I was headed for trouble. She also said on multiple occasions that she likes to do what she wants when it comes to weddings and that I needed to trust her artistic nature. She also spent a majority of the time during our meeting bashing another florist in the area. Saying how no one should ever go to that business for your floral needs because she is a shady, flaky, and nearing bankruptcy. To me, that is tacky.
I emailed her in February to check in. She said everything was fine and to contact her 4 weeks before the wedding to set up a final meeting.
I emailed her 3 times at 6 weeks and 5 weeks before the wedding to set up a meeting. I didn't receive a response so I figured she was busy and only wanted me to contact her 4 weeks before. So I called her 4 weeks out to see if she had received my emails regarding setting up a meeting.
She got on the phone with me and said "So your wedding is on May 5th? Is that right? Yeah. I don't email. You need to call me. I tell everyone this. Don't email me. I don't get your emails. We are now crunched for time. I can only meet with you on Thursday to figure this all out. How many bridesmaids do you have? How much stuff are we doing? I already have another wedding that day that I am doing bouquets and centerpieces. So yeah."
I am guessing she couldn't find the paper regarding my wedding so she had no idea what I ordered from her (she doesn't use any form of organization). I don't expect people to know of my event right of the top of their head but, I do expect you have it on file so you can look at it for reference. Plus, she outright lied about not receiving my emails. She is beyond disorganized.
Honestly, don't waste your time with this business. She may be reasonably priced but, she is overbooked, overworked, and rude.
