We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Veranda Bed and Breakfast Inn. The owners took care of several aspects of the day for us.
Event Rentals: Rick helped coordinate the rental of chairs for our ceremony. It was so nice not to have to worry about that detail.
Ceremony officiant: Rick married us. He had several sample ceremonies to choose from, but also said it would be OK if we created our own. We used his samples and some internet resources to create the exact ceremony we wanted- it was so nice to know we chose every word of our marriage ceremony. :)
Ceremony location: There were a few options for our ceremony location on the premises. We chose to be married outside, in front of a small fountain. It was gorgeous- all natural and just perfect.
Reception location: Since we had a relatively small reception, we had options here as well. We chose to have a buffet and seated dinner- dancing was in another room, but in the end, most guests congregated on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful weather and landscaping. :)
Catering: We wanted something a little eccentric and Rick and Laura were happy to accommodate. We chose to have "Low Country Boil" for our reception dinner. It was DELICIOUS and everyone raved about the food. :)
All in all, we had a wonderful experience.
