DREAM wedding day at this incredible place!

We had such a memorable wedding day at THE VENUE at Wildflower Ridge! Hannah and Kate helped so much organizing the details before the day as well as arrivals for vendors, first looks and much more! I believe our night went so smoothly because of them, they were always on top of small details such as sweeping the flowers away from the ceremony and keeping the dessert table stocked, things you don't think about but they have you covered! This venue is truly STUNNING to begin with and is a blank canvas for however you want to tailor it to create your day! We got so many compliments on how beautiful the day was from the grand entrance doors, to the beautiful beams, the large bar, and open cocktail lounge for our guests. The covered patios helped provide space for our guests as well. The landscape around the venue is just as stunning as their space with gorgeous sunsets, never ending fields, whimsical wooded areas… the list goes on! We truly had THE BEST wedding day at this place! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone with a wedding or other event coming up!

Simply quaint, stunning and dreamy!

Where do I begin?? The Venue was absolutely stunning, my husband and I were blown away at how magical our day truly was! Hannah + Kate were so extremely accommodating at tending to all of our wants and needs that day! Our guests were just as blown away as we were with just how picturesque the venue was sitting out in the field under a sky full of stars! We highly recommend The Venue at Wildflower Ridge and can't wait to book with them for some of our smaller events in the future!

Brides beware

I recently got married at the venue at Wildflower Ridge and advise any couple considering booking with the venue to proceed with caution....There were many promises made about what would be provided to us, and it's difficult for me to put into words how extremely disappointed I am in the difference of what we were told compared to what we actually received. We selected this venue for all the incredible amenities it had to offer. These included a building large enough for our 300+ guest list, an on-site bridal suite, a large stage to stand on during our ceremony, and a gorgeous and secluded property featuring a multi-acre lake. Unfortunately, on our wedding day, the only amenity provided to us was the venue itself - which was a stunning building to hold both our ceremony and our reception. However, the property was not aesthetically pleasing in the slightest. The gravel road leading up to the venue was extremely rough, there were giant storage units sitting at the edge of the “parking lot,” the future lake was a half-filled mudhole, and all of the ground surrounding the building was tire-tracked dirt covered in hydroseed and fertilizer. There was no bridal suite or large stage as advertised, nor was there any sod rolled out for landscaping or barn doors separating the main hall from the cocktail room as we were initially led to believe. Most importantly, we were given no apology for any of these false advertisements and the venue still expected full payment even though the aforementioned amenities we had agreed to pay for were not provided to us.
Flourishing fields may have been too much to expect given the weather conditions, but the property shouldn’t have looked like the fresh construction site that it was. As the daughter of a carpenter, I know constraints such as labor shortages and material delays must be factored into the timeline of all projects in this industry. While I understand these things were out of the venue’s direct control, leading us to believe there would be on-site accommodations when signing was in its control, as was still expecting payment in full when deciding not to break ground on them or notify us of this less than 2 months from our wedding.
Due to the high season at my job, the venue didn’t have communication from me personally in the weeks leading up to our wedding. However, they were in contact with my mother - who was treated less than respectfully. We weren’t asked how we wanted to proceed with no bridal suite - we were just informed the salon owned by the venue’s mother would be available for our use, and once again full payment was expected, less the generous offer of a $200 convenience fee. We appreciated the final credit given to us for all these missing amenities - we just didn’t appreciate having to threaten to go to court in order to receive it.
There is no doubt that the venue was built with a beautiful vision. Once finished, it truly will be an immaculate place to get married. Until then, if you are looking for an indoor wedding experience only, with no need or desire to spend the day on the property or take outdoor photos, then this venue will perfectly suit your needs. Conversely, if you are looking for the ease and convenience of an all-onsite wedding venue whose directors you can trust are true to their word, then be prepared for this place to fall short of your expectations. To say I feel deceived and taken advantage of would be an understatement.

In addition to my review, I am adding screenshots of what the venue advertises as included amenities. What was not provided for our wedding has been highlighted in yellow. *Please note that these experiences are from our wedding day only and are not to be used as a reflection of what may or may not be provided for future couples*
