Based in Summerville, South Carolina, The Uprooted florist is a wedding floristry business run by Air Force veteran Ashley. After working for a studio located in Austin, Texas, Ashley discovered her love for the craft. During her eight-year career in the Air Force, Ashley married her now-husband, Jared in 2014. At the time, she arranged all the flowers for a stunning celebration. In 2019, Ashley was the maid of honor and florist for her friend’s wedding, renewing her passion once more. Early 2020 saw The Uprooted florist blossom into life, taking its first clients in February.
