Complicated and Confusing Made Simple and Easy

We started out booking our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic on our own, but quickly got to the point where we couldn't decide between a bunch of all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana.

Which ones would deliver? Which ones were the best value, overvalued, etc. It was really hard to know on our own. That's when we got in touch with Paula at The Travel Center. A call went out for vendors and we heard back from Paula on a Sunday night. She was great to work with, in addition to being very available, she had also recently visited several resorts we were considering herself.

In working with her, we think we got a great deal put together for a great location, something we might have been able to do ourselves, but it was so much easier having her do it for us and present us with different options to choose from.

We'd definitely use The Travel Center again in our future travels.

Stress free at The Travel Center

We would like to thank you and your outstanding staff for making our dream Tahitian vacation a reality. You and your outstanding staff made travel arrangements so simple and stress free; the way travel should be. We could not have done such a trip without you. Everything from our travel guide, to our breathtaking cruise, to our luxurious Bora Bora stay, was top notch professionalism. When we tell friends and family of the trip we always make sure to tell them just how easy life becomes when you book through your travel agency. Thank you again for everything. We cannot wait to see you again for our next great adventure!

Paula is amazing! She helped us plan the best honeymoon! Everything was made so easy for us and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Paula is so accommodating and easy to work with. She truly loves what she does and wants her clients to have the best experience too. I would highly recommend Paula and the Travel Center to anyone looking to plan a trip!

I have been booking trips with the travel center for almost 10 years now! Paula is absolutely amazing. Every trip I have been on was perfectly planned and she is always there even if we bump into an issue while on the trip. The thing I love the most about her is she is honest about where to send us. She knows we like to have fun but relax so she always sends us to the best locations. We just got back from our honeymoon in Cabo and had the best time. I have recommended them to numerous people who still book trips with them and have the same great experience.

Paula Killion at The Travel Center flawlessly handled all of the travel arrangements for us and our guests for our destination wedding. She was so kind and helped us with every step along the way. She worked so hard behind the scenes which provided such relief having planned the wedding on our own. We will definitely be working with her for any future vacations!

We worked with Janet and Paula from the Travel Center for our destination wedding in March. From the very start, they were beyond helpful with anything we needed or requested. We had 95 guests booking through them, and they did an amazing job ensuring everyone had a positive experience. We could not have asked for a better or more memorable wedding weekend in Jamaica, and cannot thank The Travel Center enough for their hard work and dedication!

The ladies at The Travel Center are excellent. They made us feel comfortable and confident in booking our honeymoon (which was amazing by the way). Arlene was our agent and she was excellent. Paula, the owner, was so nice. Everyone else there was super knowledgeable and talked us up with stories and travel tips. It was a very nice experience. So nice that after booking our trip we went back for an open house- and ended up winning a trip Bermuda! Great experience, great service, great people.

The Travel Center in Hanover was amazing to work with for our honeymoon! Paula listened to the type of honeymoon we wanted and provided tons of suggestions. She helped is narrow down the perfect spot (St. Lucia), and find us an amazing hotel. She took care of booking all the flights, the hotel, and excursions. She even provided small cards to include in my bridal shower invitation, and helped guests who wanted to give excursions as gifts. The office was really nice, even if we were waiting for Paula the rest of the staff was helpful. Paula answered all of our questions, and responded to us so fast. We did almost have a slight hiccup and we needed to ask Paula about moving our honeymoon (family emergency), and she couldn't have been nicer and put our minds at ease. Luckily, we were able to go and everything was fantastic! Paula was amazing to work with, and I would go back to her for any future travel.

Paula at the Travel Ctr. booked an anniversary trip for us and did a terrific job. She was/is so enthusiastic about booking a trip, describing the destination, providing insights and advice that we get excited about the trip well in advance. And don't forget patience! Paula never hesitated if we asked her to provide work-ups for various destinations or flight schedules while we were figuring out our destination decision. In fact, Paula is currently helping us plan a Feb. 2018 warm weather trip. I have recommended family members and friends to Paula and she has always come through. I refer to Paula as my "favorite travel agent."

I have booked several vacations through the Travel Center and have worked each time with Paula. She is amazing and so helpful! She has never let us down on any of our previous vacations and did not disappoint when it came time to book our Honeymoon through her. We went to Hawaii (Maui and Kauai) and had an amazing time. Paula gave suggestions on restaurants to check out and places to go, all of which were great. She definitely knows what she's doing and tries to get you the best deal possible. I would recommend Paula and the Travel Center for booking your Honeymoon (or any vacation)!
