Retaining many of its original fittings and furnishings, this elegant, inviting space offers a charming setting filled with character for your celebration. Facilities and Capacity
The Territory Ballroom offers space for up to 300 standing guests and 175 seated. The main ballroom is brimming with character, creating a stylish and timeless setting for your celebration. The Territory Ballroom buildings were originally built in 1863 and 1872 and still retain that iconic charm. The ballroom itself retains its original hardwood floors and ornate tin ceiling, creating an elegant space for your long-awaited event. Additionally, this venue also offers an outdoor event space. This natural stone theater sits right on the riverside, creating a romantic backdrop for your ceremony or reception. Along with its elegant event spaces, this venue also offers a luxurious private suite for your enjoyment. This suite includes an antique claw-foot bathtub, kitchenette, and an outdoor patio for you and your loved ones. Additionally, this venue can also provide a full kitchen, allowing your chosen caterers to whip up a fitting feast for your wedding celebration.
