I’m a hopeless romantic who wears many glamorous hats from wedding planner to wedding talk show co-host, but I am more than an organized romance-ologist with a flair for stylish DIYs. I am a lover of adventure, local plays, belly dancing, and wine tours with a passion to give back to causes that are near and dear to my heart.

My favorite days begin with a Starbucks white chocolate mocha curled up with a page turning novel or a fun audiobook snuggled next to my furbabies, Magic and Princess. I happily live these days laughing alongside my husband and children, who are my inspiration and the great loves of my life. They usually find me brainstorming unique event ideas with clients or blogging about couples’ love stories with a glass of wine in hand and a giddy smile on my face.

The smile I’ve always had as an excited little girl who loved helping my mom plan those fancy cocktail hours, annual holiday dinners, and my birthday parties, of course. I knew at a very young age that the success of an event lied in the beauty of those well-orchestrated details, very much like the behind-the-scenes workings of a play. As the years flew by, I kept planning for friends and family until I founded The Sweetest Thing Events. Now, with over a decade of event planning and wedding planning experience, I am a social butterfly who fawns over anything girly, gorgeous, and pretty in purple.

I’m not your ordinary wedding planner. I am your go to girl and future lifelong friend who will make sure you find the fun and joy in planning this special day. We learn what’s most important to you and we incorporate the nuances of your history together so we can tie in all those personal touches from beginning to end bringing the beauty of your love story to life.
