*Management of the vendors once hired, follow through to be certain they are doing what you have hired them to do

*Guidance in ordering of paper products, Save The Dates, Invitation Suites, Menus, Specialty Drink Menu, Bar Menu, Programs

*Signage, if desired, Wedding Welcome, Program, Specialty signs (Paper and or Signage Companies can handle these, depending on the design)

*Design board to include all details, beginning with color palette, Wedding Aesthetic, Ceremony attire, Flowers, Ceremony design details, Cocktail hour decor, Place Setting design, Reception layout and design, Head table design, Guest Table Design, Seating chart/escort card design and display

*Linen Order, Swatches available

*Specialty outsourcing, if needed for decor element and/or table setting etc.

*Aisle planner software to download guest list, create timeline, seating chart

*Rehearsal and Assistance with, if needed, Rehearsal dinner decor

Best Planner EVER

I could never say enough about everything Lisa did for our wedding. From rescheduling due to COVID and getting every single vendor to change days, to her constant availability and the eye for design she brings to the table, there’s nobody else I would have rather had in my corner. The vendors she has connections with were all absolutely top of the line. Lisa will make you feel like you’re her only client and I couldn’t imagine our day without her. She made everything perfect and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing!

Lisa is the absolute best wedding planner in the Atlanta area. She is so on top of everything. She cares about every little detail. She went to my wedding venue an hour and a half away multiple times to make sure that everything would be set up perfectly. I was literally stunned when I saw what she and her team had done. I could not imagine a more beautiful day!

Working with Lisa was an absolute dream! I worked with Lisa throughout the entire wedding planning process, and I honestly could not have done it without her! Lisa is the best of both worlds because she's not only great at handling the logistics of a wedding, but she's also incredibly talented and creative in her designs. She was able to bring my vision to life and made every detail of the day absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the entire day ran efficiently and smoothly! It was truly perfect and my husband and I cannot thank Lisa enough for all of her kindness and hard work! You would be crazy not to use The Sweet Trend :)

Lisa Formaro is an absolute gem!!!! Right after connecting with her we could immediately tell we had found our wedding planner. She is a true visionary!!! She has the most innovative ideas and the warmest way of presenting those ideas and painting a picture of what she is envisioning. We shared with her our style and the feel we were hoping for and she immediately went to work designing our entire wedding from the ceremony to the reception. She took a complete blank canvas and organized every detail from the big items to the smallest details that made our garden wedding the most intimate, romantic, and elegant event that we could have dreamed of!!!! On top of the creative aspect of planning she also coordinated with each of our vendors, created a timeline and made certain everything went seamlessly on the day of our wedding. She literally removed every ounce of stress and worry throughout the entire planning process and on the day of!! I don't even feel this review can express how grateful we are for Lisa and everything she did to create and execute the most amazing day!!!

Dream Wedding Day!

We were very grateful for her expertise throughout the wedding process. She had many great connections to florist, DJ’s, venues, caterers, and many more. With her help, as well as many of the other vendors, our wedding day was a dream. Everything flowed seamlessly on the wedding day! It allowed the bride and groom to truly enjoy the day and trust Lisa and her process. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the wedding day because of all the work she put into it beforehand. We would recommend her to anyone who needs a little more help to manage all of the details!
