Great venue!!! My daughter’s wedding was beautiful!!! The Round Barn fit her western wedding esthetic perfectly! Although it would be fitting for any theme. We loved the rustic charm and easily accessible location.

The venue was perfect for our rustic wedding ceremony and reception. Great space for outdoor or indoor ceremony. Was absolutely beautiful. The owner is so friendly and helpful! Tables and chairs were provided with rental! and they set them up for the reception. Has linens for rent and some decorations! Would highly recommend this venue!

I couldn't have been happier with Stephanie at the Round Barn for my December 2013 wedding. My parents, my in-laws, my fiancé, and me all lived out of town. Stephanie was available by phone, email, and text and let us have access to the barn for planning when we needed it. I appreciated her flexibility and easy-going nature.

On the weekend of our wedding, we faced an unexpected 10 or so inches of snow, which created a lot of hardship. Stephanie and her family worked with us to provide flexibility with the impending weather (knowing that the snow was going to hit hard, they allowed us to unload our decor and set up a day early). The weather ending up throwing a kink in many of our plans--people canceled, our minister couldn't make it, and more.

Despite the chaos that was going on around me, the people at the Round were always reliable and worked SO hard to make sure my day was all I wanted it to be. The rustic barn ended up being the PERFECT atmosphere for our Winter Wonderland wedding. Even though snow/ice covered the grounds outside, the inside was cozy, warm and full of candlelight and vintage beauty.

This upcoming weekend will mark our one-year anniversary. As I reflect upon our wedding, I can honestly say that I can't imagine having a different venue. My husband and I recently had dinner with two friends who are now engaged. Their comments summed it up, "Your wedding was the prettiest we have ever attended. That venue was amazing." Thank you to the Round Barn for helping us have the perfect wedding day! The venue is beautiful; the staff are friendly, beyond gracious, and helpful; and this bride gives her highest recommendation for this unique venue.

Working with Stephanie was wonderful! She answered all of my emails and Facebook messages without complaint. I even repeated some of my questions on accident. She also was available without hovering during my set-up and wedding day. I love that she automatically provides a set-up day with her wedding dates and she also sets up the tables and chairs for you. She was so easy to work! The barn itself is gorgeous and makes a beautiful venue. The only thing I would suggest is for her to make a podium because we had to borrow one from the local nursing home for the preacher to use :)

Stephanie at the Round Barn always was helpful and met me anytime I needed to come over to look at the venue and prepare for the upcoming wedding. It was very nice that the venue gives you the day before wedding to come in and decorate and prepare for the big day.

The Round Barn on Clear Creek provides a beautiful setting for any occasion. Our parents so enjoyed celebrating their 65th anniversary with family and friends in August at the Round Barn. The timber in the barn is the perfect backdrop making decorating an ease. The tables and chairs on site is a great benefit making set up quick and simple. Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions we had during our planning stages. The Ash Grove, Willard, and Walnut Grove areas are very fortunate to have a beautiful venue available to host large numbers.

Working with Stephanie was awesome! The barn is beautiful place to make our first memories as husband and wife! We loved the ability to take pictures outside and inside with great backgrounds for each!

Punctuality was something I found important in renting a venue and Stephanie was excellent at answering our questions in a timely manner. Also, Stephanie was very personable to work with. She had great suggestions and was ready to help when you needed it. I appreciated that Stephanie responded to my phone calls and texts quickly. I recommend this wedding venue to any future bride and groom!

This venue was perfect. The owners are amazing and went above and beyond to help make our Wedding amazing!
