The Rose Building is the newest event venue in Downtown Odessa, Texas. This nearly 16,000 square-foot historic building at 415 N. Grant Ave was home to the original First National Bank built at the height of the boom in 1949. The timeless marble exterior warmly welcomes guests and visitors into the newly restored building, once inside a larger-than-life mural overlooking what is now the grand ballroom greets visitors. While the grand ballroom, boasting a 22-foot high ceiling, is perfect for concerts and special events, the venue also offers a conference room perfect for events like baby showers or legal needs and a lower-level meeting space to accommodate smaller events. The Rose Building offers a less expensive option for events, meetings and special occasions in the heart of downtown Odessa.

Owner did not meet contract terms. She was not available for set up as promised. Had to do it ourselves. She just shrugged her shoulders when asked what happened. Do not recommend.
