We had our rehearsal dinner at the Red Parrot, and they did a wonderful job. Although it was Columbus Day weekend and we didn’t have enough guests to book a whole floor, they did a great job of putting us in the best area to have the privacy we needed for toasts. The manager, Laurie, coordinated her team of servers to make sure that all orders were taken promptly and the food was brought out quickly and all together – quite a task for such a big group! She printed special drink menus (without us asking!) to highlight the beer and wine we were encouraging guests to order, and she helped coordinate the surprise cake for my fiancé. Laurie even gave my new husband and me a free drink when we came back into the Red Parrot a few days after the rehearsal dinner. She really stood out as an exceptional manager, and the Red Parrot was the perfect place for a fun rehearsal dinner!
