The Pop-Up BNB provides wedding rental services throughout the Midwest and New England. This company specializes in pop-up glamping tent accomodations for onsite lodging options at your wedding/ event. When working with owners Kelly and Andy, you can look forward to curating a range of rentals as well as availing of their expert styling skills.

Services Offered

The Pop-Up BNB offers a range of heavy-duty canvas bell tents that can be used for your ceremony, bridal suite, lounge hangout area, honeymoon suite or onsite lodging for guests. The tents can be rented fully furnished to provide a cozy overnight stay or they can be rented unfurnished to encompass a wide variety of uses. All delivery and setup will be managed by The Pop-Up BNB team so you can enjoy your customized wedding paradise with zero stress. They even provide campsite management/ onsite coordination services as well.

Beyond Expectations!

A major thank you to Kelly and team for handling the extra accommodations at our glamping wedding! It was so important to us to have those closest to us onsite for our special event and the team at Pop Up BnB were able to fill the gap with ease. The glamping tents were clean, well furnished, heated, and not to mention cute! Kelly and Team were supportive, responsive, helping us to feel comfortable with their services and confident that our guests would be taken care of! They were even able to customize tents to the needs of different groups, by adding extra mattresses and heaters for those cold autumn nights. We could not be more appreciative of their work to help us accomplish the vision we had for our wedding!

Top Notch and Magical

Kelly with The Pop up BnB was amazing!! She helped me with my vision and executed everything perfectly! They really pay attention to the small details, that's what made it so great for me! I will recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for a unique, magical and truly one of a kind wedding or event!! Love this company!! 10 stars!

Incredible Experience!

Kelly and her husband do an incredible job making your event/getaway as seamless as possible! You book with them and all you have to do is arrive and enjoy. Tents are spacious and cozy all at the same time with tons of add-ons. Couldn't recommend them more!

It wouldn’t have been the same without them!

We got married at a venue that has glamping tents already set in place, but we needed more! A lot more. That’s where Pop-Up BnB came to save the day (actually the weekend, really)! We needed more tent, but they couldn’t just be any tents. They had to be NICE. They had to match the vibe. They had to be equally as great as the other tents. They had to be cute and cozy. I really thought it would be impossible to find a place that offered something like this, but to my greatest surprise and finding, I stumbled upon this business and boy, did they deliver! This vendor is reliable, attentive, honest, and they did everything in their power to make our weekend wedding incredible. Our guests loved the tents and we loved that more of the people we love were able to stay on site with us! Kelly, her husband, and their pup will ho above and beyond for you. This isn’t the last time we will be using their services!

Beautiful, professional + wonderful owners

The Pop-Up BNB is an amazing company. Kelly and her team were flexible and very helpful in ensuring our guests were completely comfortable. The tents are super clean and very cozy (fall in New England) and the little touches they included in each tent were a very welcome addition (lantern, playing cards, enamelware mugs). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

For the Wild Cards + the Wild Hearts

The Pop-up BNB is a well oiled machine! Kelly and Andy do such an amazing job to bring an adventurous and luxurious experience to your night under the stars. My boyfriend and I stayed with them during the early spring and kept super warm with heaters and comfy beds. You’re not just getting an awesome experience when you book with Pop-up BNB, but you’re getting the best of care from fellow adventurers who go above and beyond for their people.
