Coal Creek Winery & Event Center located in Tuttle, Oklahoma is conveniently located in close proximity to Oklahoma City, Moore, and Norman. Our versatile venue provides both indoor and outdoor locations for wedding celebrations. The building features 20-foot ceilings, chandeliers, and ornate wooden finishes. Additionally, the exterior grounds contain a private lawn suitable for a small open-air ceremony.
Facilities and Capacity
An expansive get-ready suite is available on-site for the wedding party. Spacious catering kitchen available on the premises for the couple’s chosen food vendor. A mezzanine level allows for a unique overview of the celebrations and offers a secluded setting for the newlyweds to experience a quiet moment. Additional features of the venue include a number of fireplaces and a large staircase. Parking is available for couples and their guests, and the site has wheelchair access.
Services Offered
Dedicated members of staff will assist with planning and design in the lead up to the event, as well as booking and managing vendors. To assist with setup and coordination, they can supply tables and Chiavari chairs for up to 200 guests. The staff can also arrange classic off-white linens to further embellish your wedding vision. Setup and cleanup are included in the service, allowing you and your partner to focus on loved ones. Bar services can be arranged for the reception, including a variety of beverages to suit your guests’ tastes. Our team will strive to create an event that reflects you and your partner in every detail.
