The Pink Orchid went above and beyond for my wedding. I didn’t know much about flowers and was not really able to give specifics on the types of flowers I wanted, but Carmenia was able to make my vision come to life. The flowers were stunning and popped in every picture.

We absolutely loved working with The Pink Orchid. The owner, Carmina is a great lady, and she is a certified connoisseur in her field. Our wedding colors were gray and purple. The color purple she used for my bouquet was so vibrant, it was absolutely amazing. The center pieces, together with the bridesmaids’ bouquets were more than I could ever imagine. She made my husband fall in love with flowers during her presentation. I would recommend The Pink Orchid for all of your flower needs. Trust me, you would not be disappointed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ordered flowers for a very important customer of ours' funeral and they called me back at my work (on a Saturday) and left a message that they would not be able to deliver the arrangement first thing Monday morning because the church was not in one of their delivering zip codes (it was in Silver Spring, MD). Yet, they charged me a $15.00 wire fee!! And if you read the fine print on their website, they state "trust The Pink Orchid for floral delivery in Bowie or nationwide" and "our dependable florist network offers nationwide flower delivery". I guess they do not understand what 'nationwide' means. So when I arrived to work on Monday at 9 AM, I was devastated knowing that the service started at 9:30 and I would not be able to get a replacement bouquet there in time. I have been calling them for two days now and no one answers the phone. Beware all who use them!!!!
