The Pink House Florist was the most horrible experience we have ever had with any business. They were so unorganized. I went in the day before my wedding to get the 75 roses for my wedding cake that we had signed a contract for and they had no idea what I was there for. The guy in the store which is so gay and unprofessional it's pitiful. He called the owner of the store and they found my contract stating that my roses were suppose to be ready that day. They had to call every florist in Savannah to get my roses delivered to my bakery by 6pm that day. It was horrible. Then the day that my planner went to pick up my arrangements for the wedding they were missing so many things. They claimed I never ordered flower girl petals or a few other things when it was so obviously stated in the contract! I paid too much money for the flowers anyway and they required for the amount to be paid in full like a month before the wedding date. Then I got screwed. Horrible business. The owner works from home and is horrible. She is so unprofessional and thinks she runs her business and that everything she says is right. She told us we did not order different arrangements and such when it was simply stated in the contract that she had in front of her face! My wedding was at the Westin and it was beautiful so thank God the flowers did not mess my wedding up and it was still beautiful and perfect!
