Awesome quality and quick shipping!!

I ordered their floral robes for myself and my bridesmaids, and they were exactly what I was looking for. The print and color was very pretty in person and the fabric was not completely see through and does not require a lining. The sizing was so much simpler than a lot of the etsy dealers I had looked into (in my opinion, I don't think hip and waist measurements are needed for a robe), plus I didn't have to wait a few months for production and there was no exorbitant international shipping fees tacked on at the end. I emailed customer support with a question before ordering and was answered within an hour. My order was shipped a few hours after ordering and was on my doorstep in a few days. I would certainly purchase other gifts from the Paisley Box in the future.

I purchased floral cotton robes for myself, my bridesmaids, my flower girl, and my mom and mother in law. They were very comfortable and beautiful in pictures! It was a great affordable investment, which I am so glad I decided to commit to. They only thing I will say is they smelled a bit like a hospital when they first arrived, which I think may have been from the plastic pouch they were packaged in. This was a cute little pouch that snaps closed and out be embroidered and reused, however I am glad I did not spend the money to embroider them. I pitched the pouches, and washed and ironed all the robes before gifting them to my important ladies. I love love love, that they make these robes in smaller sizes for flower girls. My niece was so excited to be treated like one of the big girls! I highly recommend The Paisley Box!

This was an extreme disappointment. I was not allowed to order a single robe to see if I was happy with the product, so based on reviews I went ahead and ordered 13 for my bridal party. The robes were horrible! The quality was very poor (felt like a hospital gown), and they did not fit any of my bridesmaids properly. I ended up ordering a whole new set of robes from another company and had to eat over $300, because the owner of the company wouldn't refund me anything. She offered to give me 50% off new robes of different sizes. However that was truly not the problem. I offered my bridesmaids the robes if they wanted them just to have (as I was getting new ones) and none of them even wanted them.

Truly one of the worst purchases I have ever made and really unfortunate custom service.

I ordered 5 robes for my upcoming wedding. When shipped I only received 4 of the 5. The owner did send the 5th robe to me with no extra charge for shipping. However, the only way to communicate with this vendor is through e-mail and it takes several days sometimes a week to even get a response. I wanted to order 2 additional robes for my flower girl and junior bridesmaid and inquired about using a coupon that was sent to me with my first package. After about 2 weeks of email communication I could never get an answer from the owner as to whether I could use the coupon or not and then finally received an e-mail letting me know that they were no longer accepting any custom orders as they will be receiving their spring shipment soon. Had she answered my question originally about the coupon I would have been able to order the custom robes and they would have been almost ready to ship as they take 4 weeks to make. I would not order from this company again after this experience.
