Jim Spicer, The Omelette King, provided a Sunday breakfast brunch for my wedding. The brunch was delicious and the guests raved! So much more than a brunch, though: Jim is friendly and engaging and made every guest feel special. Jim and Crystal worked with our on-site coordinator to work out little details on wedding day so we didn't have to sweat the details. For example, we needed an additional serving table at the last minute and Jim and Crystal got one from their truck, and even had a table cover ready for it. That kind of detail and advance thinking is important to us.
Jim and Crystal Spicer were delightful to work with before the wedding too. Crystal answered all our inquiries quickly and catered to our special needs. Pricing is easy to understand, and very reasonable.
I would consider the Omelette King for any event or celebration.
