My attendees raved about the food and the kind, helpful service. Lisa St Germain was responsive to our questions and always replied in a timely manner with clear answers. The rooms used for the party were clean and well thought out for layout of tables, etc. Very pleased that we arrived and not a thing had to be done by us, all was layed out/arranged by the hotel staff. I shouldnt be surprised, but I was pleased that all I had to do was attend my party. Lisa really helped us think through all of the possible aspects of the event that would not have occured to us and was kind enough to allow us to set a second appointment so I could see the spaces again as we got closer to the date. She and the other staff seemed to take pride in making everything above and beyond.Sent on 01/08/2014
Guest room was nice, however, I was surprised that I would be put in a suite that faced the pool. 2nd floor and I had to listen to the echo and noise that go with poolside, which was not requested. Bed was lovely, however.

My daughters wedding was wonderful. Lisa St. Germaine was great to work with. I was planning the wedding from across the country and she was very helpful answering my many questions and working out all the details. All the wait staff and bartenders were friendly and efficient. We had our wedding reception at the Normandy kitchen and had a BLAST!! Lisa St Germain did a fantastic job as our coordinator. She always responded right away via email or her cell. The food was surpurb and the service very professional, everything we talked about happened as it should. The servers fed our D.J's on short notice and when it was over all the decorations were put on a table for pickup. So easy!Sent on 10/17/2013
Lisa sat with me to go over timing for the big day and what usually is done, we got together 2 times before the event to make sure everything was thought of,--that doesn't include allllll the emails =)
Normandy has 3 beautiful rooms for events and we got to use all of them! the decor is woodsy yet classy just wait till you see the bar area!
the cost we estimated was 1000 over what actually was spent so right there "thumbs up"!!
we had 2 "wedding crashers" come into our party and they were immeditly usherd out by the staff ( nice try guys )
over all Ron and I had a great time and so did our guest!
