Everything about my experience with the Natural Beauty Factory was perfect! I ordered 50 favors for a bridal shower (mini soaps and lotions) and was so pleased with the result. The product smells great, and is packaged very nicely with custom labeling Jennifer designed for my party. The favors were also extremely affordable. The best part of my experience, however, wasn't the money I saved or the quality of the product, but that she was so easy to work with. She responded within 24 hours to every email, kept in the loop every step of the way, and was flexible. The great customer service has me looking forward to returning for future showers.

The Natural Beauty Factory made the most adorable favors for my friends shower. The included a lip balm that said the bride and grooms names along with date of wedding, and a face cream labeled with a shamrock to fit the Irish shower theme. They thought of everything and packaged the favors in an adorable burlap bag with a heart tag and Irish blessing on the tag. Everything was just so perfect, if you need favors definitely go to NBF, the favors will be personal and compliment and fit your special day perfectly since they work with you for exactly what you want. I can't say enough good things!

Jen and the Natural Beauty Factory made me bridal party gifts. Not only were the products affordable, the quality was amazing! Each of my friends received a bag with travel size face products. Their customer service was incredible and they captured exactly what I had imagined for each of the girls. I can't thank them enough for all of their help!

I absolutely LOVE the soap that Jen and the Natural Beauty Factory made for us as favors for our wedding. We sent her pictures of our bridesmaids dresses, tux, and color scheme, and she created lavender soaps that matched our bridesmaids dresses. She also wrapped them to match our style (rustic /lace). Finally, they came with adorable tags that had the bride and groom's initials on one side and our wedding date on the other. The Natural Beauty Factory was really great to work with because of their creative vision and excellent service!

I ordered shower favors from The Natural Beauty Factory. Included in the beautiful packaging was a goat milk bath soak and a body butter, both scented with flower power. Everyone at the shower was thrilled and I have heard from quite a few people since about how much they loved the products. I heard many comments from guests about how happy they were to receive a favor that was actually practical and they wouldn't throw away once they got home. They managed to get my order together very quickly (I gave them very little notice, about a week) and everything looked just as nice as if I had given them a month.

Jen was absolutely amazing to work with! I am the MOH in an upcoming wedding and the bride to be (and me) LOVES The Natural Beauty Factory so I thought this would be a great place to get some shower favors to give all the women a) something meaningful from the bride and b) something useful they will actually use! I am usually not so last minute but being in grad school and 7.5 months pregnant, I have a lot going on.. Jen was more than helpful to accommodate my needs and be creative in putting together great smelling and great looking favors. She got back to me so quickly and was truly happy to help with my event. She certainly doesn't "skimp" on her sample sizes either, they are a great portion and provide a little treat for everyone to fall in love with her products! THANK YOU Jen!!!

I recently was planning my daughters shower and decided to give The Natural Beauty Factory a try and boy am I glad I did. I ordered the lotion bath salt and soap the packaging was awesome and the product amazing, so much so that I asked them to customize a gift basket as a raffle prize as well. Highly recommend ordering your next gift from them.
