Loved these guys! They were absolutely fantastic!! Chris stayed in constant contact with me during the planning process and took so much stress off of my plate. The band was so professional and customized my ceremony and reception which made an amazing and unforgettable experience for everyone! By far the best part of my wedding!! Would absolutely recommend them!

The Macon Sound holds a very special place in my heart. From the start, upon meeting Chris; 2 years ago, the entire experience was very professional and caring. He wanted to know about myself and my loved ones for my event and assured me that they would learn anything that they were not familiar with. So I challenged them. I wanted to hear a male version of “I Have Nothing” by Whitney Houston. And damn, if they did not deliver!! Drew Smith sang that song and absolutely killed it from a male perspective. They are so talented as musicians that they can literally recreate songs for you, on a dime. You have not heard Amy Winehouse’s version of “Valerie” until you hear Laura Nixon and Chris Martinez perform it in person together. I am used to working with vendors who come and go with what I do for a living. But The Macon Sound has become lifelong friends of mine after my booking. I go to any public performance I can go to....even if by myself...to show my support for them. They are beyond performers. They become family to their clients. They are invested in their clients and the meanings behind your songs. Their talents and performances are a testament to who they are as individual musicians and people...you will be floored by their devotion to you. I will never recommended any other performance group in regards to music. Ever. I am thankful for them. And the friendships that followed. More than I can ever express to each of them.
