The Lifters did a great job providing shuttle services for my wedding. Rita always quickly responded to my emails and answered all of my questions. She is so easy to work with and helpful. What really blew me away was when they made an extra trip to get the last of the wedding guests after the time we had scheduled them for. It is obvious that they value customer service. I would absolutely recommend The Lifters to anyone looking for limo or shuttle services!

Rita and her team were great and provided seamless transportation for my wedding. I had originally hired her for a 2020 wedding, but COVID hit. She offered to provide services for the new date and I was happy to continue utilizing the Lifters. They stayed flexible as I had a few changes to type and number of vehicles. The day of, it was the perfect amount of transportation and the drivers were very considerate and made sure everyone made it to their location safely. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were married last month at a church in Berryville, VA, and we celebrated our wedding weekend at Historic Rosemont, down the road a bit but also in Berryville, VA. Rita and her team helped our wedding party and guests travel between these two locations. Everyone really appreciated the care Rita and her team took in transporting everyone to and from the church. I had a long lace wedding dress and a cathedral length veil and I’ll tell you what, I am not a graceful person and there I was in my heels trying my best not to trip on my dress or pull the veil right off my head! But not to worry, I was in very good hands with Rita and her team. They were so helpful and so respectful and so considerate of each and every person they transported. And I am thrilled to say my dress, my veil and I all arrived to the church with no tripping and no ripping, which is pretty miraculous for me! Rita and her team are very professional and also very kind-hearted, friendly people—a real winning combination!

Johann and I cannot recommend Rita and The Lifters enough! Rita was so great to work with and really helped us with the details and logistics of getting our guests from 2 hotels to our vineyard venue (and back), since I wasn't familiar with the area. She picked up the wedding party early and made sure the groom didn't see me as we left. She provided champagne for us at no extra cost and also provided a car to take me from the house where I got ready to the vineyard, which was also an add on. At the end of the wedding, she drove a town car specifically for Johann and I to have some time to ourselves and the rest of the vans made multiple trips and even worked at least an hour later than we had contracted to make sure everyone arrived back at the hotels safely. My guests were so thankful for us providing transportation and I'm so glad I found Rita to help with all the logistics. She's so flexible, professional, and good spirited!

Rita and team were awesome to work with. Rita was helpful in planning our transportation needs, very organized, and worked on every detail with us. Our guests really appreciated having transportation and commented on how helpful and professional they were all evening. We plan to use them for other events!

We hired the Lifters for my daughter’s wedding on September 18, 2021. Rita was so great to work with. She was very accommodating. The shuttles were on time and drivers were very friendly. They made sure that everyone had a ride back to their hotels. I would highly recommend them.

Rita and her team were excellent! Despite having to travel about 1 hour to cover our event, she was still cheaper than every other vendor we contacted. Rita was super friendly and flexible to deal with for planning. We didn't have much interaction with the shuttle on the day of the wedding because it was so well taken care, but have used Rita for other events, which has always been great service. My husband and I will definitely use Rita again in the future and recommend to everyone!
