Beautiful ceremony, beyond our expectations

We had the wedding we always wanted thanks to Lee. She had many wonderful suggestions for the ceremony, but happily incorporated other elements we wanted to include. We tweaked it until we had a ceremony that truly represented us as a couple. Every last detail was planned and Kristen asked insightful questions to make sure that we knew how we were going to handle each aspect of the ceremony. Lee is the best!

She got back to us right away and made sure to communicate all of our needs. Able to text and get answers very quickly.

We hired Nina on June 6th 2017 to be the officiant for our wedding. She took the time to talk to us to get to know our situation. Unfortunately that was the last time that we ever saw her. Planning a wedding is a majorly stressful event and not being in regular contact with your officiant when details need to be updated does not help. Every time we tried to reach out to Nina via email, text, wedding wire messaging or phone call we could never get a reply for months. Texts were ignored, voicemails went unanswered (always went straight to vmail) and emails were never replied to. Fast forward to the week before our wedding and once again we were never able to contact her. The contract we signed stated that if the officiant was unable to make it to the wedding for any reason that they would supply us with a replacement within a reasonable amount of time. We were getting the feeling we were being scammed but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt until that last week. Nina never showed up to our wedding (the address we provided never changed) but fortunately we hired another officiant in time and at the last moment. We will be taking action to report this as fraud. Do not recommend as all we did was have our money taken in exchange for nothing. If a rating of zero were possible that would be preferred.

Was an hour late to our service, stumbled through pur ceremony quite unprofessonally and then didn't fill out our copy of our marriage license completely, which caused us to return to have it fixed. Then made us file the clerk copy when it was her job to do so. I wouldn't recommend this officiant to Marry my dog.
