My fiance and I went here after browsing at the mall's offerings. We picked out an engagement ring set that was such a great price!!! Dottie helped us look at halo sets, as well as try on different center stones that would fit. She asked our budget, found a center stone to fit, of course we wanted to go a little larger, and she pulled out two more loose diamonds from their safe to offer a .65 and .75 diamond. We chose the more affordable .65ct diamond, used their no interest 6 month layaway program, and would DEF. recommend their store to anyone. We bought it the day we looked!

Jewelry is jewelry, so it doesn't matter if it's name brand or not. My sister is a buyer for a large upscale jewelry company, and they buy their jewelry wholesale and mark up the price 2x for every single item.

My fiance went to jewelry exchange for my engagement ring, the sales people were great and the ring that he picked out was beautiful. This particular ring set was the last one and we were told that it could be sized (for $45.00), but due to the pave stone it had to be sent to the home office because stretching the band would weaking the prongs and therefore compromise the integrity of the ring. I had my engagement ring for about 5 months and one of the pave diamonds fell out of my ring and I was heart broken. We called Jewelry Exchange and we're told that sized the ring was less than 1 year from purchase date that the ring would be covered for repairs under the warranty. It took two weeks to get my ring back and I was thrilled. Moving forward two more weeks another pave diamond fell out, again we had to send it in to get repaired. This process continued for another 2 months, finally the store manager sent my ring to have the home office again and a few day later I recieved a call from a regional manager who stated that my ring was not sized the correct way and that it was stretched and the integrity of the ring was compromised. The result if that conversation was that my ring could be repaired one last time without a warranty and if another stone came out that we'd have to pay the repair cost or we could have a store credit and pick out a new engagement ring and band set, I asked about getting a rufund since we were very leary about purchasing another ring from there and was told that a refund was not an option. So we were left feeling stuck and feeling taken advantage of. We decided that we weren't going to invest any more money into a "lemon" so we decided to go back and find a new set of rings. We were heart broken about this, those rings were picked out from his heart. We went back to the store and "window shopped" together, it tokk away the special factor. We eventually decided on another set of rings just as beautiful as the first set.
