the Howard is a tutor revival-style building with 33,000 square feet of space across three floors. The interior features 25-foot-high vaulted ceilings original stained glass accents, along with unique elements like stained glass accents and hand-carved crown mouldings. Many of the original floor plans and fixtures in the space have been preserved, giving the place a truly one-of-a-kind feel. Celebrate your new chapter in the iconic 7,000-square-foot concert hall and ballroom for a breathtaking event. Spanning two floors, it has a grand entertainment hub has ceilings with ornate brass filigree that look striking and also support optimal acoustics for amazing sound as you dance the night away. The 1,800-square-foot private dining room sits beyond an imperial staircase. Illuminated beneath crystal chandeliers, the space features high vaulted ceilings accented with original wood beams. The basement of the Howard houses a vintage, 10-lane bowling alley fully which has been fully restored. There is also a full bar, private viewing room, and cafe, as well as a 10-seat tea room in the adjacent foyer.
