Carli and Kelsey at The Concierge Travel Group delivered a not-so-minor miracle! I asked them about planning a 3-week honeymoon in Switzerland, to include flights, hotels, rental car, activities, ... all with very specific requests (airport pick up/drop off, fireplace in rooms {when possible}, skiing/ski guide/instructor, restaurant reservations, and much more), but they had only 2 weeks to plan it. They delivered much more than I ever could have hoped for, added special and personal touches at certain points in our honeymoon, and when any issue happened they were on top of it and helped resolve everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. I could only imagine what they could have delivered if I had given them more time. “Thank you!!” doesn’t even begin to cover how much I appreciate them.

We had a perfect honeymoon in Greece (Mykonos, Santorini, and Athens) thanks to Carli and Gabriella. It was such a relief to experience a trip arranged by somebody else after planning an entire wedding. From hotels to excursions, rides, flights, ferry tickets, and dinner reservations, they did it all. All we had to do was choose our favorite options from Carli's thoughtful trip proposal and suggestions. Gabriella was responsive and reliable when it came to providing us with dinner reservation confirmations and ferry/plane tickets. We also loved the notes and treats "from Carli" in each new location. Carli helped us plan a dream honeymoon to Greece and Italy. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to see what we liked/didn't like. We just returned and our trip was truly magical! We stayed away from the touristy crowds in Santorini, which we loved, and had sunset views from our room each night. She suggested activities such as a catamaran tour to do, and we had so much fun! In Italy, our favorite stop was Florence and we are so happy she added that night in our itinerary. Thanks for a trip we will never forget!

We recently used The Honeymoon Concierge services for our Mediterranean honeymoon and I have nothing but wonderful things to report. When we inquired about other hotels, she gave us her honest opinion with details on how/if it would change our budget, which helped us make decisions.
