This was the perfect venue for my wedding. It was so clean and rustic. This place turned out beautiful and so glad I was able to have both the ceremony and reception there.

This venue is the absolute PERFECT venue for the "do-it-yourself" bride. It was a truly stunning event and the coordinators are the best you will ever find! Couldn't have picked a better site or ladies to work with. If I could give it 10 stars, I'd push for 11. Don't pass it up!!

The Piggery and Colt Barn made such a unique wedding venue. We are able to create our vision and bring it to life, our guests were amazed at the history of the buildings and what we were able to do with it. Epiphany was fantastic to work with, always there to answer questions. My girls loved the bridal suite and it made a great place for us to get ready and relax before the reception. This is a great venue for a true DIY bride with it's white walls and wood accents you could really do anything!

We absolutely LOVED having our reception at The Piggery. The building is gorgeous and perfect for the DIY bride. It was affordable, convenient, and flexible... We had The Piggery for 4 days and we were able to completely transform the place into what we wanted. Epiphany is great to work with and allows you to decorate as you wish. We couldn't be happier to have had our reception at The Piggery.

We LOVED this venue. Our wedding ceremony took place at Lake Anna, just a skip away and it was beautiful, requiring zero decorations. It was affordable and very easy to book. Our reception took place at the Piggery. This building is perfect for the DIY bride/couple that has a vision. It does require a lot of planning and elbow grease as everything has to be brought in, but it is definitively worth it. Our guests loved the building and the history behind it all. Epiphany is a delight to work with and is willing to help in any way. If you are looking for a blank space to make your own, this is it.

This venue is perfect for the DIY bride on a budget. It's an old historic stone and mortar barn, would be beautiful for a rustic wedding or reception. Epiphany worked with me on pricing and is very easy to get ahold of. You can use outside catering and alcohol is permitted.

This review is based only on our booking experience alone. The space itself seems amazing, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to schedule a time to go see it! Not sure what's going on, but we first emailed April 4th. I've since tried emailing two other email addresses I found ... and still nothing almost 3 weeks later.

It's very difficult to book a venue when they won't get back to you, so we moved on despite it seeming like one of the best options aesthetically in the area. Space seems beautiful, but if communication is this difficult in the early stages, I'd be afraid of what it looks like when we have time-sensitive questions from our vendors down the road.

I placed a deposit of $400.00 18 months before the wedding. Decided on another venue a week later, and was told deposit was non-refundable. So make sure when you book this pig sty - you don’t have any use for a kitchen and you can rent your own trash cans and dumpster. Talk about DIY!
