The Hall at the Harbour is a relaxed waterfront wedding venue in Palmyra, New Jersey. Owned by the Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association, this beautiful ballroom and outdoor venue offers everything a couple needs to say “I Do.” The venue is available to residents and nonresidents, and promises the highest standard of service excellence you could ask for. The Hall at the Harbour is simply a sunning venue space that exudes elegance and romantic charm, this venue is ideal for your one of a kind wedding experience whether you envision an intimate gathering or a grand soiree.

Facilities and Capacity
The Hall at the Harbour is a 40-acre property on the banks of the Delaware River. It offers two distinct wedding spaces, an outdoor ceremony space and a grand ballroom for your reception. The Riverfront Ballroom is 60' x 40' and can accommodate up to 150 guests. The ballroom captures romantic ambiance with its floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful gold chandeliers, and spacious dance floor. It also features a fireplace to keep you and your guests warm for fall and winter weddings.

The ballroom opens to a large deck that steps down to The Harbour’s neatly manicured lawn. The lawn features a wedding gazebo and picturesque views of the Delaware River. This space is perfect for romantic outdoor ceremonies and for your wedding day photography.

Amazing waterfront venue for an incredible price!

I would love to give this venue more than five stars because it is seriously a diamond in the rough! What I mean by that is it is a total hidden gem!! we worked with our event coordinator Mimi, who helped us with all of the decorations and planning. The place is absolutely gorgeous and it has amazing aesthetics for the price. Where else can get a waterfront property, fully decorated with food for just over $15,000??? Seriously I am so glad that I gave this venue the opportunity to host my wedding. Thank you, thank you thank you! 😊

A Beautiful Experience

My wedding date was October 1st 2023 . I came across The Hall At The Harbour in January of 2023. I reached out to Donna and Lori to set a date to see the venue in February. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the venue in February. When I reached out to Donna and Lori they were very understanding. We tried several times to meet but our schedules were very busy. They were able to hold the date with no problem. We were finally able to meet in August. Both Donna and Lori were very nice and very helpful through the whole process. Donna even came in and helped on the day of the wedding. The venue was very beautiful and our families loved the venue and how it was next to the water. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend The Hall At The Harbour to anyone especially weddings.

Worth every penny!!!!

Due to starting a new job I was unable to visit the place until the wedding. After the reviews and search the internet, felt this was the best place to fit our needs. I relied on my decorator and my fiancé to go to the place. The support the responsiveness to emails and voice mail. Their support on the day was magnificent.

Oh What A Night!

From start to finish this was a positive experience! Lauren was the consumate professional! She was great at suggestions and they all were wonderful. The venue was just beautiful. And the view of the river amazing. This space is large enough to be comfortable and cozy at the same time! Easy to get to and ample parking on site. Dance the night away, enjoy a bridal or baby shower, host a birthday party, any celebration would be great here! Thank you Lauren and team for such a great job. You're the best!

An Unforgettable Experience

I had the pleasure of being the wedding coordinator for the Tinley Wedding on August 23, 2025, and The Palmyra Venue absolutely exceeded every expectation. The Palmyra Venue is simply unmatched! From the very first walkthrough to the final dance, everything was seamless and beyond beautiful. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, patient and so invested in making sure every detail matched the bride and groom’s vision. She gave me the freedom to bring their dream wedding to life while adding her expertise. She allowed me to execute the couple’s vision flawlessly.

The décor was breathtaking and the way her team transformed and flipped the room throughout the night was nothing short of magical. Every change was smooth, elegant, and felt like a brand-new experience for the guests. The staff worked like clockwork, they were friendly, attentive, and always a step ahead.

The Palmyra isn’t just a “hosting” venue; it’s an experience. Melissa and her team made perfection look effortless, and I could not be more grateful! They are true professionals who pour passion into their work, and it shows. If you want a wedding that feels magical, organized, and unforgettable, The Palmyra Venue is where dreams come to life.

The person assigned to help carry stuff in and make sure we had all we needed was very accommodating.
It was a really good venue for the price. Would be half of what I paid, if I lived there.

Management staff is the Worst!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The assistant manager here is the most unprofessional person I've ever meet. Absolutely rude! They say one thing then right before your event say something different. She caused so much stress for not only us but also are caters. ( Actually tried to say we couldn't use certain tables on the deck ONE day before the wedding) If you have certain rules or extra cost EVERYTHING should be in your contract. Don't go here to check it out, Don't call to get a quote, just look elsewhere. ( which is a same because the view is nice)
