The Grazer Co. is focused on providing small but impactful dishes for diners to graze on. Every order is artfully curated, taking a selection of cheeses and cured meats, and adding bread, seasonal fruits, dips, and more. These elevated spreads are both attractive to the senses while being low-maintenance for hosts.

History

Nitda is the daughter of Lao refugees and a first-generation Asian-American, having been born in a refugee camp in Thailand. In the mid-80s, her family settled in the town of Opelika, where she grew up. Nitda was inspired by the small dishes created by her mother - a joy that she now shares with clients through The Grazer Co.

Engagement Party

The Grazer Co. is amazing! They hosted and catered an engagement party for our son and his fiancé. The venue was perfect and the creative charcuterie boards were wonderful! Nitda and the entire Grazer Co. team were responsive, helpful and flexible. I would definitely recommend The Grazer Co. and will use them for future events!
