The Gray Estates Barn is a historic wedding venue located in Creston, Ohio. It is an original rustic barn in the heart of the Wayne County farming community. Recently renovated by owners Ken and Josie Gray, it offers an idyllic country setting for a tranquil wedding event.
Facilities and Capacity.
The Gray Estates Barn is a working farm, and the original historic farmhouse is still in use. The property has two barns, previously used for dairy and crop farming. The milk house was converted into a changing room and bathroom with modern amenities. The dressing room features a cooling fan, full-length mirrors, and crisp white walls, ideal for getting ready in luxury and style. Ceremonies are hosted outside on their treelined lawn before an elegant ceremony arch. From there, you can make your way into their charming banked barn for your banquet reception. This space has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with exposed wood beams, billowy drapes, and twinkling market lights. It also boasts mesmerizing views of the crop fields and horse pastures surrounding the property.

These people are completely unethical, they are dishonest and I would avoid doing business with them at all costs. The owner is rude and obnoxious and a liar. Ken, you admitted to me yourself that you and your agents routinely lie to potential buyers and then you said it doesn't matter what you say if it's not in writing.

What an amazing wedding venue! Our daughter just had her wedding there over the weekend and it was absolutely gorgeous. The barn had everything we needed and more. Josie was so wonderful. She was there every step of the way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The venue has 3 areas to use to make everything go smoothly. Josie has the entire place already decorated and ready for your special day. I only had to added a few things and my daughter's color of the wedding to all her decor.
All our guest were amazed at the breath taken views of the grounds around the barn. We received so many compliments throughout the entire evening. My daughter and son in law were so happy they started their next chapter in life at The Gray Estates Barn. We highly recommend this venue!

Mother of the Groom
This is a newer business offering a wedding venue in an authentic country barn. Owners do a fantastic job working with the family by providing accessibility, flexibility, and affordable pricing. During our planning, the barn upgraded their restrooms and dance floor as well as their chairs and linens. Ken and Josie were fun to work with and attentive to our needs. We held the wedding in the hayloft area and then had the reception in the lower level of the barn. The location of the barn is accessible to major highways and larger cities, but sits in the picturesque countryside of a small town. We were quite pleased to choose this venue.

Perfect venue for our high school class reunion
This was a wonderful place to hold our reunion. There was plenty of space, the tables and chairs were modern and everything was clean. Even on a chilly evening, the heaters kept the entire area warm and toasty so don’t let cool weather worry you! I would definitely recommend this for a wedding, reception, reunion or any other gathering!
