What we offer: “Affordable Elegance”

First and foremost we offer ”Affordable Elegance”. We offer Crystal chandeliers covering an 18 ft. Grand Ballroom, Classic Chandeliers throughout, for a timeless elegant setting, all on one floor. Our indoor facilities guarantee a perfect day with no threat of weather conditions to spoil your event.

YOU are special, not a number. YOU take center stage! We have One Venue and serve YOU only. We do not serve multiple venues and multiple clients on YOUR special day. Our dedication is for YOU only. We offer our single event venue for YOU. There is no sharing or mixing of your event with another event. This is YOUR Ballroom for the evening.

Location, Location- easy to get to, 1.5 miles from 1-75 , Florence Union exit. Set back from highways in a safe and peaceful setting. Trees surround the rear.

We offer a one floor plan setting from the parking lot into the Foyer, into the Grand Ballroom, and into the Buffet room. This allows for easy access for anyone who needs it, elderly or physically impaired. Parking is directly in front and behind the building for easy access.

We offer Flexibility. We offer full Service Wedding Packages with China , place settings, preset water and Champagne Toasts . A Separate Buffet area stays set up for a clean reception area. We also give the option for “Room Only”, and you arrange catering, if any. We offer a number of different options to meet your Budget to allow everyone “Affordable Elegance”. Y

We offer a low deposit and a payment plan, again to allow everyone “Affordable Elegance”. Many different options for a perfect fit.

We offer a separate Private 3 room suite for your per-event planning and during your event, to be enjoyed at your leisure.

We offer 3 high definition televisions for you to display your DVD slideshow, overhead speakers for your special music and wireless microphone for your toasts.

Included in all events, (room only or full service) Set Up and Clean Up, gift table, cake table, sweetheart table, all linens, napkins and chair covers. Room Layout of your choice-Dance floor moves to where you want it. Vases available, available captains call.

Finally, we offer ourselves to you, to serve you, and you only, in the best possible manner.

You cannot beat the elegance of this place, and this ballroom for the money. It is very special place.

I cannot recommend this venue enough! Working with Missy was a breeze and she quickly responded to all our needs. As a bride on budget, I was able to have an elegant affair without cutting corner with The Florentine Event Center. They allowed us to use our own catering service and had vases and some flower that you can use free of charge. I have gotten so many compliments on the venue. I was so pleased with how it turned out. If you haven't checked them out, do it I promise its worth the drive!

Awesome - suprisingly beautiful!

The Ballroom inside is wonderful. Really surprising how beautiful it looks and the Bridal sweet is awesome. Great VALUE.

The place inside is gorgeous. There is a very roomy bridal suite upstairs-plenty of space for getting ready away from prying eyes. The staff was very friendly, easy to work with. They allow you to bring in your own caterer, which was a huge plus for us. They didn't upcharge for every little thing; napkins, chair covers, table cloths, they even provide an arch if you need it. They allowed us, because there wasn't another event right before ours, to go in early and decorate the week of, which was a huge load lifted of our shoulders. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Disorganized and Unprofessional

The venue is beautiful and at a low price. The venue manager Missy was very flaky. She never kept track of any details we talked about so all of our meetings were pointless. She would directly lie to us if she didn't feel like answering our questions or didn't want to accommodate our requests. We had always discussed having the chairs arranged in the center to form an aisle during the ceremony, but when it came to the rehearsal and I asked about it she claimed that we had discussed that all guests would sit at their tables. We hadn't discussed that at all. In fact, I had concerns about how long it would take to convert the room from the ceremony to the reception and we had gone over that several times. She then claimed that it wasn't possible to have the chairs in the center. The groomsmen ended up doing it themselves and then converting it back for the reception. Missy wasn't there on the day of our wedding, instead her assistant Laci was there. We had never met Laci before but she was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and accommodating. The door was unlocked for us in the morning. The groomsmen arrived at 2-2:30 to get ready for their pictures at 3. Their room wasn't unlocked and there was no place for them to get ready. We tried contacting Missy to at least get contact information for Laci. Missy wouldn't answer any calls or texts the day of our wedding and we had no contact information for anyone else. The men ended up having to all get dressed in the bathroom. It was very stressful and they were late for pictures. Missy was only interested in doing whatever was the least amount of work for her. I cannot stress enough that Laci and the bartender were absolutely amazing, but I would not recommend this venue because of Missy. The lack of professionalism on her part, especially during a wedding was ridiculous.
