Nestled on a hilltop at the southern end of Hall County, this rustic chic venue provides expansive, 180-degree farm views and a barn pavilion with a scenic overlook. With rolling hills, grazing cattle and gorgeous sunset vistas, The Farmhouse at 30542 provides the perfect setting for a Southern country wedding celebration.

This venue features oak trees, pine trees, rolling hills, 2,900 square feet of farmhouse and 43 acres of farmland approved for wedding use. The renovated farmhouse includes a bridal suite with private bathroom and beauty station, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, a downstairs groom’s suite with a bathroom and separate entrance, and 3,500 square feet of outdoor tent space and lower ceremony outdoor meadow space. A covered carport can be used for additional space or as the dance floor in case of inclement weather. A recent addition to this venue is the 2,400-square-foot barn pavilion with beautiful views of the farm and farm animals.

Owned and operated by Roger and Cathy Little, The Farmhouse at 30542 is a 2,900-square-foot 1964 brick, split-level ranch house that was completely renovated in 2015. Roger is a Hall County native that grew up living on the 70-acre farm which has been in his family since the early 1900. The first wedding event at The Farmhouse at 30542 was held on June 4, 2016.
