Betsaida exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only was she extremely hard working and meticulous, but she understood the creative vision we had in mind for our wedding right from the start. The relationships she has with her local vendors are unparalleled. Every single vendor she suggested for our big day was prompt, extremely kind, and did a wonderful job. It was important to us to stay on budget and Betsaida was extremely respectful of that, making suggestions on ways that we could make smart choices to stay on track while still upholding the vision for the wedding. The running of the “day of” was extremely smooth. I know people tell you to “expect something to go wrong” but it was a perfect day with no bumps in the road. Guests of the wedding still remark to us what a fantastic event it was and that it all flowed perfectly. Betsaida was cool as a cucumber the entire time and never seemed stressed- we don’t know how she does it! If we had to do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing!

From the moment Sean and I decided to go through with a destination wedding, we knew we needed a great wedding planner by our side. In spite of our limited visits - we only had two - and having to plan a wedding in the midst of a pandemic, Betsaida made us feel incredibly comfortable, educated, and confident. She worked with the vendors to rebook the new date and avoid any disruptions and was able to finalize wedding details when we finally decided to go through with the new date two months prior to the wedding. Betsaida is friendly, detail oriented, and always available (even during her own holidays). She brings a wealth of experience from her advertising past and an incredible team of tested vendors that deliver an amazing product. We're very grateful for her design vision, helpful but never overbearing guidance, and professionalism. She supported us for two years and made our wedding a dream come true!
