The Elegant Flower Shop was recommended to me by a friend and after a brief, initial conversation with Judy I felt confident that she was committed to making the flowers for my wedding day extra special. She was unbelievably responsive throughout the planning process and made an effort to work with the other vendors to make sure that my vision as realized.
