Love The Custom Wedding Shop! I bought several items from this online shop for my wedding and was very pleased with the transactions from beginning to end. My husband and I incorporated a sand ceremony set into our wedding in place of the more traditional unity candle. It gave our wedding the unique twist that we wanted, and we had it engraved to give it our own personal touch. Unlike so many things we used in our wedding, it has transferred over and is now part of our home decor. Everyone remarks on it and we think it is just lovely. I additionally purchased the bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts from this site and could not be any happier with my purchase. Prices were very fair, site was easy to navigate, and everything arrived when they said it would. That meant alot to me since I was on such a tight time-table. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this helpful shop to others!

The personalization on our unity candle was beautifully and delicately written with both our names, and the date of our wedding. The candle holders were also very classy looking but were a great value! The best part was that the package arrived promptely, and the candles were all safely delivered right to my front door.

We are looking forward to displaying our candle in our new home, and I would absolutely recommend this convenient website to any bride looking for candles for their ceremony or reception!

I did become alarmed when I couldn't get in touch with anyonhe regarding my order. I went and looked at the reiviews and became evern more concerned. I went ahead to reach out to my credit card company and we decided to give the company the amount of time they say on the website to get your order. I e-mailed everyday and I called everyday and left a message. I did get my order on time and it was what I ordered. I'm very happy about this. I did have a back up plan just in case. We ordred a unity candle for our 25th anniversary party. I can say that there is no way to talk with anyone after you've placed the order to make a change. I hope they get the process better on this, as there prices were very good.

I ordered a cake topper for our wedding 2 weeks before the date. I realized I was cutting it close but according to their website you only needed to contact them about expedited handling if your wedding was within 7 days. Needless to say our wedding came and went and not only did we not have our cake topper, we had no communication from them either.

3 weeks from the order date I sent an email inquiring about the status of the cake topper as I'd decided I would just keep it as a decorative item. I never got a response. A week from the email I called and was put on hold repeatedly but finally told it would ship in a few days. I asked what had happened and the girl I spoke with said she had no idea. The item arrived a week later and it's ok. I really wish I'd looked around more before choosing this company. I would not recommend them.

Horrible experience with this company. I logged on to the website and spoke with a rep via the online chat before placing my order. I asked questions about the shipping / expedited options before I ordered, and was assured I would get my order in time for my wedding.

After placing my order I realized there were no expedited shipping options during check out and placed a call to the company to request. I called 5 times with no response at all. Left messages, emails, etc with not even one response call. Finally I got in touch with someone a few days later who promised me my item would ship the next day. I kept checking the order status on the website with no change and then began calling the company again for an update. Every person I spoke with at Custom Wedding Shop assured me my item would ship within "24-48 hours" and yet it never did. I cannot even count the amount of emails / phone messages I left juts asking them to please let me know one way or the other if the item was available. NO RESPONSE

I finally had to file a paypal dispute due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. This is what did the trick and my order was shipped out the next day. I received it only 5 days before my wedding when it was promised to be here 2 weeks ago. I would recommend doing business with any other company before turning to this one. Your wedding day is too important to be lied to by a vendor.

I ordered a necklace from this company on August 31st. Today is September 21st and I have not received it or any communication from them. I left a voicemail last week and never received a call back. I called again a couple of days ago and was told my order would ship on Sept 27th. What takes a month to ship a necklace? I have recieved all other packages ordered the same day from other vendors, which is why I had called last week to check on it. I asked ot speak with a manager, she said someone would call me back within 14-48 hours, and that has not happened. I requested to cancel my order, which she said would also take 24-48 hours, and I have yet to receive any cancelation notice or contact regarding that. I sent an email today, we will see what happens with that, if anything at all. Horrible company to do business with.

I am completely disgusted with this company. I ordered a custom flute set and cake server set as well as my ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket. I ordered it on February 4th. My wedding is on February 25th. I had not received it and called them on February 15th inquiring about the order and was assured that it was being shipped the next day and would arrive by February 21st. I did not receive my order on the 21st and called them the 22nd. I was hung up on then I was finally able to get a hold of someone from their live chat option on the web site. I was then told that my custom sets were not going to arrive on time and that my pillow and basket would arrive the day before my wedding. I am completely disgusted with all aspects of this company and will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone! They were very unprofessional and obviously not aware of what is going on with their products! UGH!!

My order still has not arrived and it is 9/7, it was requested to arrive to me and was promised to arrive by 9/5. I had to call 5 times to get updates on my order, after the 3rd time of calling I was told that half my order was no longer in stock. I am stuck with no bridesmaids gifts and am nervous to see if the other half of my order that is coming is correct. Email response times were the day after I sent me email and the customer service phone number went to voicemail during business hours sometimes when I called. Overall I am very disappointed, will never recommend anyone to use them, and am very frustrated.
