As you arrive on the property the road meanders affording you exceptional views of mountains, forests, river, farm and picturesque ranch. It is landscaped with soft rolling hills and over 1400 trees; Aspens, Pines and Birch.

The Restaurant boasts a commercial Chef's kitchen complete with wood fired grill and wood fired oven. There is a separate marble and dining bar in the great room that is outfitted with a walk in limestone fireplace from France built in the late 1700s. As well, there is a grand piano and various comfortable seating areas.

The dining porch has an additional stone fireplace with views of the river, surrounding mountains and outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor fireplace composed of multiple niches for candle light. There is outdoor seating both in the courtyard and on a separate stone pad riverside with views of the river, surrounding mountains and fly shop.

Attached to The Restaurant is an old time styled General Store, complete with tin ceiling, old fashioned refrigeration and brass cash register. The Store can be used for a myriad of events; sales/staging of event logo'd items, wine tastings, etc. A refrigerated French style vegetable cart is available for staging anything from a cheese course event, charcuterie or vegetables.

There is a separate fly shop originally built in the late 1800's fully outfitted with fly fishing gear and accessories which can be rented out for day events, cocktail parties, etc. the sky is the limit. There is a walking path to a stone pad beside the river with a fire pit and seating for dining outside under the sun or stars.
