Red Rock Ranch is a rustic lodge and ranch wedding venue outside of Kelly, Wyoming. Located on the outskirts of Jackson Hole, the venue sits on Crystal Creek, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Bridger-Teton National Forest and Gros Ventre Wilderness. The venue offers unmatched surroundings for beautiful celebrations in nature. Family-owned and operated for over 50 years, Red Rock Ranch provides a traditional Western setting for couples and their guests.

Facilities and Capacity

The venue boasts a selection of indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions, accommodating up to 150 guests. The historic main lodge is at the heart of every celebration, with cozy interiors and a wraparound deck for outdoor receptions. It offers an elegant ceremony space overlooking a tranquil pond and dramatic mountain landscapes. The historic gazebo welcomes up to 32 guests within its covered setting for cocktail hours, small ceremonies, and lively dancing. The Pickleball Court is an entirely outdoor reception space that can be adorned with string lights. It transforms into a festive dance floor under the stars. Red Rock Ranch offers stunning outdoor ceremony areas. The Breakfast Site is perhaps the most romantic, soundtracked by the gentle lapping of Crystal Creek and surrounded by scenic mountain views. The south pastures offer another breathtaking ceremony space, with the red cliffs and mountains as your backdrop. The ranch has eleven cabins, accommodating up to 45 guests for overnight stays. The venue also boasts a large pasture, allowing your guests to recharge under the night sky.

Services Offered

Red Rock Ranch offers its lodge and grounds for exclusive rental, where you and your guests can make private use of the entire venue. The lodge has a full commercial kitchen for your caterers to use. Couples have the freedom to select their own suppliers and vendors. Florals, decor, tents, and furniture can be added to personalize the venue to your unique tastes and preferences. The events team at Red Rock Ranch supports each couple’s creativity and helps them tailor the venue to their wedding theme. They can also provide a range of entertainment options to enhance the Western feel of your big day. Long-time square dance callers may be available to teach you and your guests traditional steps. The venue also boasts a variety of activities and gathering spaces, including horseshoe pits and game areas with pickle ball, volleyball, corn hole, and more. Red Rock Ranch is dedicated to bringing your Western wedding vision to life.

Note: we do not offer winter weddings at this time as we are only accessible by snowmobile, we do have two cabins open for rental for winter and spring
