I'm from MA and my now husband is from NYC, so we were initially looking for a venue in the CT, Western MA, Berkshires area where our family and friends could centrally meet. I kept coming back to the Boylston Rooms and after our first meeting with Erin and Myles, we knew it was our venue. Their organization, attention to detail, and overall excitement for everything (down to your place settings) truly makes the whole process such a dream. The day of our wedding, Erin even hunted us down where we were doing pictures in the building so I could taste our signature drink! Their team is truly dedicated to making sure you are taken care of. I would recommend them a million times over!

The Boylston Rooms in Easthampton, MA was the perfect venue for our December 2025 wedding with 116 guests. From the moment we toured the space, we were drawn to the wall of windows in the ceremony room, the light and bright industrial feel, and the uniqueness of the venue. It felt special and unlike anything we had seen.

The layout is incredibly well thought out, with separate on-site ceremony and reception spaces, two beautiful getting-ready suites, and even a garden terrace for photos. The white walls photograph beautifully and allow your décor to shine without needing much to make the space feel personal.

The venue team is truly unmatched. Myles and Erin were a dream to work with throughout the planning process. They were communicative, supportive, and helped elevate our ideas beyond what we imagined. On the wedding day, Myles ensured everything before the ceremony flowed smoothly and took incredible care of us, down to reminding me to breathe and stay present before walking down the aisle. Erin stepped in seamlessly for the evening and made sure the night flowed effortlessly.

Logistically, the venue is a dream. The ceremony and reception spaces are right next to each other within the mill, with restrooms and a coat closet nearby, making navigation easy for guests of all abilities. Our guests haven’t stopped commenting on how beautiful the space was and how thoughtful all the details felt.

The Boylston Rooms is worth every penny and even helps couples save by offering décor from their stock room. Working with them feels less like a transaction and more like planning an event with friends. You are truly cared for here, and we couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.

Our experience with the Boylston Rooms was AMAZING. They were detailed, responsive, and all around supportive throughout both the planning process and the day of experience. I have worked in the industry for years and was looking for a venue that would make me feel supported and allow me to truly relax because I knew they had it all under control - this is 100% that venue. I was able to relax and enjoy my day with complete certainty that all of my details and priorities would be executed without a doubt. Since the wedding day, I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from our friends and family. They are raving about the staff, the beauty of the venue, and the ease of the wedding experience. Our first interactions with this venue included a thorough and informative tour from Myles and a grounded, positive energy from Erin that caught our attention. Throughout the planning process, this team provided the support my (now) husband and I needed to bring unique and non-traditional elements to our very special day after 13 years as partners and 4 years of engagement. The venue and building itself has such a cool history (I highly recommend reading about it on their website) and The Boylston Rooms has a mission in environmental consciousness that completely eased our minds when planning decor.

Myles contributed an impressive amount of expertise in the planning and execution of our wedding. As our lead Event Manager he answered our many questions with care and provided great ideas and inspiration when I was out my depth with planning details. In both the planning process and on wedding day, Myles was able to insert humor in a tactful way and effortlessly manage staff and wedding guests during times of high stress and schedule realignment. I can honestly say that spending time with Myles was so much fun and I felt continually supported throughout everything. What an incredible human!

When Myles handed the reins to our second Event Manager Alli for the latter portion of our evening, it was a seamless transition and we were continually supported throughout dinner and dancing, as well as a quick and efficient cleanup at the end of the night so we could enjoy our after-party. Alli provided the same level of care in schedule details and was so incredibly effective, focusing on what we wanted while remaining aware of time restrictions and a successful end to our unforgettable day.

Despite having a team that could operate autonomously if needed, Erin (owner of The Boylston Rooms) was involved in key elements throughout the process. During our main planning meeting, Erin and Myles worked together to curate design and logistical elements for our wedding day. When I was feeling overwhelmed by choices, Erin provided thoughtful and beautiful suggestions for decor and theme. Erin also managed the shuttle coordination (they have an actual trolley!) and a detailed itinerary for guest transportation that ensured everyone made it to and from the venue safely. Finally, on wedding day, it was so reassuring to see Erin’s smiling face overseeing her team. She brought a calm, positive energy to the process and we are so grateful that we were able to work with Erin’s wonderful business.

In summary, Erin, Myles, Alli, and all other Boylston Rooms staff were amazing and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Boylston Rooms and their team. From the very beginning, the experience was organized, thoughtful, and stress-free — and our wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. Everything ran so smoothly and according to plan that we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy the entire day, which is something you hear isn’t always possible.

A huge part of that was thanks to Myles, our day-of coordinator, who was simply outstanding. He was always right there with exactly what we needed — sometimes before we even realized we needed it. Myles kept everything running effortlessly behind the scenes while making sure we were calm, comfortable, and enjoying ourselves. He managed every little detail with such care and confidence that we never once had to worry about a thing. There was a perfect amount of time to breathe and take it all in both before and after the ceremony, and the entire day flowed so naturally without ever feeling rushed.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and seamless everything felt, and we owe so much of that to Myles and the Boylston Rooms team.

We also loved that The Boylston Rooms is a sustainable venue, which made a huge difference to us. Their approach means there’s less waste and less to buy — from decor to tableware — and yet everything still looks absolutely stunning. It felt good knowing our celebration aligned with our values and that the space itself has been so intentionally designed with both beauty and sustainability in mind.

The venue itself is breathtaking — modern, warm, and full of character — but what really makes The Boylston Rooms special is the people. Every single member of the team clearly cares deeply about what they do and about creating the best possible experience for each couple.

The process throughout was painless and super helpful from every staff member, especially Erin and Myles. Day of Myles and Alli made the day go so smooth and absolutely perfect. It felt like a movie! They even put up with some of the unfortunate issues with other guests and made it so I didn't have to worry about those issues and only found out after. They even helped bustle my dress for me! I would recommend this venue to any future bride looking for a simple beautiful wedding with staff that truly cares about what they do. Worth every penny!

My wife and I checked out the Boylston Rooms on a whim - we were initially in search of something more rural, but a coworker's praises made it feel worth looking into. As soon as we walked out from our meeting with Myles, we both felt sold. Being a two bride couple, we felt immediately welcomed and comfortable there. Leading up to the wedding, he and the rest of the Boylston Rooms staff were super helpful in proactively reaching out to us, going over details, and keeping us on track with our timeline.

The day of the wedding, however, was when they really shined! Myles, Jen, Erin and the rest of their staff were so on it, approachable, and calming. They made sure we stayed on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and took care to do things like make sure our suite was stocked with a plate of appetizers and drinks of our choosing when we finished the ceremony.

Speaking of, the food was PHENOMENAL! I know some people are understandably hesitant about contracted-in caterers, but you really don't have to worry with Myers - everything was amazing, accommodating to various allergies, and our guests raved about the food. Both Myers and Boylston staff were truly on it with attending to guests and keeping things cleaned up. My 91 year old grandma said "the staff didn't feel like servers - they felt like old friends".

The venue itself is a blank slate in the best way. The natural lighting, wooden floors, and high ceilings allow it to be elegant while also customizable enough to match whatever theme you're going for. For us, we wanted "Bilbo Baggins's Birthday Party" for our vibe and the gorgeous wooden bar really helped with that! Another wonderful thing is that the BR office is basically a prop warehouse of all those little things you don't want to buy for a wedding because you'll never use them again. Things like table numbers, centerpiece materials, various signage, and all those various tchotchkes are fully available for you to pick and choose and then be reused without waste! It felt like stepping into my own delightfully customizable Sims game.

I could go on and on, but I'm sure this review is getting overly long...the point is, my wife and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding went and are still floating on Cloud 9 a week after the wedding. Thank you x100 to the entire staff of the Boylston Rooms for making our night feel like an amazing dream we never wanted to wake up from!

From the second we saw the venue in person and met with the Event Manager, Myles, we knew we found the perfect venue. The venue was beautiful from the start but the added touches of drapery, being able to select the right arch from their numerous options and countless other decor items really allowed us to bring our vision to life. The event spaces of the ceremony room, courtyard for cocktail hour and reception room comfortably fit our 94 guests. We were also very appreciative of not only having a spacious bridal suite to get ready in but also a grooms suite, as both came in handy. In briefly working with the Owner and Event Manager, Erin, we were introduced to the transportation option of using the venue's trolley service, which we were so thrilled we went with as our guests greatly enjoyed the special ride. And as mentioned, we knew The Boylston Rooms was the right venue for us after we met with Myles. Working with Myles was fun, effortless and very thorough. We also had the chance to work with Event Manager, Alyssa, on the day of the wedding who did a great job meeting our needs each step of the way. We would highly recommend working with The Boylston Rooms if you're looking for a spectacular venue with myriad decor options and wonderful staff members. When people ask how our wedding went, we tell them it couldn't have gone better! It honestly felt like it was a dream and we were going to wake up and realize it was still the morning of the wedding. Myles and Erin (and all attendants) were amazing and help kept the wedding moving along smoothly.
