I'm from MA and my now husband is from NYC, so we were initially looking for a venue in the CT, Western MA, Berkshires area where our family and friends could centrally meet. I kept coming back to the Boylston Rooms and after our first meeting with Erin and Myles, we knew it was our venue. Their organization, attention to detail, and overall excitement for everything (down to your place settings) truly makes the whole process such a dream. The day of our wedding, Erin even hunted us down where we were doing pictures in the building so I could taste our signature drink! Their team is truly dedicated to making sure you are taken care of. I would recommend them a million times over!

I stumbled across the Boylston Rooms after hitting a point I think most brides get to “forget this, we’ll elope”.

I did one last Hail Mary google search and found them. My husband and I were planning on paying for the wedding ourselves and wanted to keep it classy while not blowing our house fund…. We found the Boylston Rooms after hitting’s Button package. I thought it was too good to be true when Myles sent me their pricing sheet… a day later I got an email from Myles saying he had forgotten to send me their newest pricing sheet- uh oh..- the prices were BETTER than the original. The vendors he had listed on our original sheet had been working with the venue for so long and so consistently that they were able to negotiate better prices with the venue. I was SHOCKED. we had dealt with venues who nickle and dimed every small detail and here was our venue actively looking for a way to get their couples amazing prices without sacrificing some of their wedding dreams.

Back to Myles our wedding coordinator with the venue. He kept in constant contact and even answered our emails after hours and on weekends it wasn’t something I expected from them but just another way they made us feel comfortable and taken care of. They provided us a packet that would go over every wedding related detail. This was amazing for us because neither of us knew just how many decisions went into a wedding and having it all in one place to refer back to proved incredibly helpful.

The venue has an entire warehouse onsite of all kinds of wedding decorations that they allowed us to use for no additional cost. We got out our arch pieces, table numbers, card box, table chart mirror, candles lining the aisle I’m sure other pieces I’m forgetting all included. They have a large selection to choose from.

Day of Myles and the team handled everything before I could even think to worry about it. I was truly able to shut my brain off and enjoy our day.

Thanks to the team we had the most beautiful wedding, didn’t go over budget, had the best team of vendors including catering(Meyer catering on site), videography (Pat Smith), DJ (DJ KVN EVENTS) and photography (West on Jade) and heard so many of our guest tell us it was the best wedding they had been to. All who regularly worked together taking away any fear of clashing. It was beautiful. We wouldn’t change a thing.

We are so happy we chose the Boylston Rooms for our wedding. From the beginning of planning to the day of, the team was extremely attentive and very responsive whenever we had a question. The most beautiful venue everyone was so helpful and accommodating making sure we had the most amazing wedding experience and it truly was an amazing night

We absolutely loved working with the Boylston Rooms for our June 2026 wedding. We live on the west coast, but Erin, Myles, and the Boylston Rooms team were with us every step of the way for the long distance planning. They shared their list of preferred vendors so we were not starting from scratch, and every vendor we contacted said how much they love working with the Boylston Rooms.

The space itself is ideal for the unpredictable weather of New England. The ceremony room is beautiful, and our weather worked out so that guests were able to use the patio during the cocktail hour and reception. We had about 165 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat, dance, and mingle. The Boylston Rooms team helped keep us on track with all details leading up to the wedding itself, and they were incredibly attentive to us and our guests the day of. We did not need to hire an additional wedding planner. The team here has done so many successful weddings that we were happy to take their advice on everything from decor to room set up to timing. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day with the Boylston Rooms staff managing all the moving pieces to the day.

Everything went so smoothly, and many guests said it was one of the best, if not the best, weddings they had ever been to.

Another bonus is proximity to other locations for welcome drinks and an after-party. We had welcome drinks at Abandoned Building Brewery and the after party at New City Brewery. We also used the Boylston Rooms Wedding Trolley, which our guests appreciated.

The Boylston Rooms in Easthampton, MA was the perfect venue for our December 2025 wedding with 116 guests. From the moment we toured the space, we were drawn to the wall of windows in the ceremony room, the light and bright industrial feel, and the uniqueness of the venue. It felt special and unlike anything we had seen.

The layout is incredibly well thought out, with separate on-site ceremony and reception spaces, two beautiful getting-ready suites, and even a garden terrace for photos. The white walls photograph beautifully and allow your décor to shine without needing much to make the space feel personal.

The venue team is truly unmatched. Myles and Erin were a dream to work with throughout the planning process. They were communicative, supportive, and helped elevate our ideas beyond what we imagined. On the wedding day, Myles ensured everything before the ceremony flowed smoothly and took incredible care of us, down to reminding me to breathe and stay present before walking down the aisle. Erin stepped in seamlessly for the evening and made sure the night flowed effortlessly.

Logistically, the venue is a dream. The ceremony and reception spaces are right next to each other within the mill, with restrooms and a coat closet nearby, making navigation easy for guests of all abilities. Our guests haven’t stopped commenting on how beautiful the space was and how thoughtful all the details felt.

The Boylston Rooms is worth every penny and even helps couples save by offering décor from their stock room. Working with them feels less like a transaction and more like planning an event with friends. You are truly cared for here, and we couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.
