The One Smart Cookie Company was created by its founder Meiko Ditta out of her home nearly 4 years ago. Since opening her first bakery on Barataria Blvd, Meiko has expanded the bakery concept of freshly prepared cookies, cakes, and pastries, to include a Bistro concept of in house dining of delicious lunch items such as Granny's Famous Chicken Salad served a variety of ways, a delicious Club Sandwich w/chips, Homemade Chili, Spinach and Strawberry Salad with our own Homemade House Dressing, Hot Roast Beef Po-Boys, and our version of New Orleans own Muffaletta.
