I had left hair and makeup as the last thing on my to-do list and I was freaking out thinking I wouldn't be able to find anyone for my wedding day but The Best Moments were able to squeeze me in AND do my trial the day before the wedding! The also squeezed my mom in last minute as well. We absolutely loved Zoe and Alex, they were terrific and so much fun! I definitely recommend them, they made me feel amazing and I'll always remember them as being part of my special day!

I got married in Riviera Maya last month (February 2014) and booked the company The Best Moments for my bridal hair and makeup. I could not be any happier with the results. Very professional company, fast email replays, easy booking process, amazing stylists, everyone loved my hair and makeup and everything stayed the entire day. lots of dancing included. Don't think twice and book the best moments for hair and makeup.

I book The Best Moments for my wedding two month ago (May 2014), and I could not be happier with the outcome. The only reason I did not give 5 starts because Martina travels a lot, which sometimes makes it harder to get an immediate response. But do not let that stop you from booking them. I worked with Zoe and Alex, who were both just amazing. They were so nice, and most of all professional. I asked them two days before my wedding if they could stay to do some retouch the day of the wedding, and they did it even with such short notice.
I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup. I am seriously the worst when it comes to my hair, I am such a perfectionist, and I was blown away.
If you want perfection, book Alex and Zoe, they are the BEST!

DO NOT HIRE MARTINA FOR ANYTHING! The two contractors she sent to do my wedding parties hair and makeup were awesome and they have their own company (Rivera Maya Makeup). Martina owed me money because my deposit was more then I ended up spending and she refuses to email me back or transfer me my money back (like she has promised). She is a total crook. Dont hire this company!

I booked The Best Moments for myself (bride) and my wedding party for hair and makeup. After paying the deposit, Martina failed to return any of my emailed. A week before leaving for my wedding , I reported to posting on their facebook wall. That was the only way I got her attention and she apologized that she had been emailing me all along but they were having email problems. My wedding coordinator tried to contact her for two days before telling me that Martina wanted me to call her. They're was an emergency. She failed to answer the phone when I called or call me back. I got an email 4 hours before my trial run (the day before my wedding) saying their was an emergency with her team who had contracted Dungue Fever. She said she was working to find another team but I should book at my hotel spa just in case. I asked when I'd hear back either way. My fiancé were holed up in our hotel waiting for info from her but she never called. I got one more email back saying she could do my hair and makeup at 10am on my wedding day. Since my wedding was at 6pm, I wasn't about to sit in my room all done up for a while day. I still, have not gotten the deposit back that I paid. She promised it would be returned no later than last Thursday. My photographer said people have been having a hard time with Martina and people who work for her are quitting because of her unprofessionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
