The Barn at Smith Lake offers two breathtaking event sites that are perfect for beautiful countryside and lake weddings, along with 6 luxury lakefront homes that can accommodate 60+ guests for overnight stays.

The first event area is The Glass House, which is named for the glass living area that lends itself to an incredible view of Smith Lake on all sides. Located on 40 private acres of land, it is perfect for rehearsal dinners, smaller outdoor events, corporate retreats and overnight stays. The Glass House is a fixture on Smith Lake and was nominated for worldwide “House of the Year” by Architectural Digest in 2016. The House can sleep up to 18 guests in the most luxurious accommodations available in the Southeast.

The second event area is The Barn, which is a large indoor/outdoor facility that has unobstructed views of Smith Lake. Leveraging the same “Glass Wall” concept as the Glass House, the Barn is known for its amazing lake views from both the indoor and outdoor ceremony areas. The Barn has a bride and groom's suite, five bathrooms, a kitchen, and 4,000 square feet of enclosed space, with a large outdoor event area that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
