Coming from a family who has run a few successful restaurants, I was nervous when our venue, The Dousman House, informed us we had to use their in house caterer. I knew it would all be great when I was overjoyed during our tasting with head chef Kerry and he really listened to what I wanted. I even switched up the sauce for the beef tips to fit our tastes, since neither of us like mushrooms. We were absolutely thrilled with how our food turned out! I had guest after guest come up to tell us it was the best meal they've ever had! I would 100% recommend them!
