Perrys Landing combines impeccable taste with fantasia in a unique garden and natural setting. The gardens are set on a picturesque property, with breathtaking views of the numerous and varied plants life including: several species of hydrangeas, azaleas, roses, crape myrtles, palm trees and a wonderful selection of seasonal plants…….truly a nature lover’s setting. Additionally, the venue includes: English style natural gardens, a formal cloister of pottery filled with topiary plants, a tropical style courtyard, a court of fountains, an over-sized pool, and a pool house.

About the Owners

Perrys Landing is a dream come true for Loren and Mignon Perry. Loren’s dream was to live in a home located on his private airport. So, Loren set out to make his dream a reality when he purchased approximately two hundred and eighty (280) wooded acres, he then cleared and prepared the land to include a 3000 foot runway. Mignon’s dream was to replicate the beautiful gardens of her native island – Jamaica – at her home in Augusta. To realize her dream, Mignon carved out approximately fifteen acres of the property and set about creating a stunning garden featuring Azaleas, Hydrangeas, Roses, Clematis, Elephant Ears, and Banana Plants, Seasonal Annuals, Fountains and Bird Houses, just to name a few……..please come visit our venue…..appointments are available immediately. Perry’s Landing

Perry’s Landing, Mignon Perry the owner exceeded our expectations and delivered us a GREAT Wedding event. She lined out all the details a year in advance and delivered great results. Great food, beautiful flower arrangements, great music, beautiful flower garden and plenty of seating and parking.

Stress free venue

If you are looking for an almost all inclusive & stress free wedding experience, look no further. Perry’s Landing has it all!! The planning experience was so easy and Mignon was amazing to work with. She made sure every detail was covered and that we were always happy! I love that we were able to attend a tasting and view all of the decor options so that we could pick what fit our style best. The food was out of this world & so many options were included. The staff were very accommodating and professional and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. I could not recommend a better venue!

Amazing Venue

I had my wedding here, and it was incredible. Mignon, the owner, saved us from a lot of stress by taking care of so many different aspects. She was very responsive, and helped us make a lot of decisions. The food was also amazing, and the vendors she works with were a lot of fun. I couldn’t recommend this place more, definitely give this place a chance.

Excellence at its Best!!

The food was delicious and they incorporated my west Indian heritage by cooking chicken with jerk seasoning. Our wedding was beyond our expectations the decorations, lights, and flowers looked amazing. Mrs. Perry and her staff worked so hard to incorporate all the details I shared that what would make my day special. The wedding day brought so much emotion because I could feel the love that Mrs. Perry puts into her work. Perrys Landing is not only a venue but you become a member of their family. My guests said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to it was beautiful and fun. Thank you so much.

Breathtaking and Fabulous!

My daughter had the first wedding in their new venue, The Orchard at Perry's Landing. It was beautiful! Rows of incredible Pecan Trees made for an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. Mignon is beyond fantastic, very flexible and made my daughter's vision of a fairy tale wedding in the woods come true! Plus she is just a super nice person! All of the bouquets. tablescapes, linens, plates were exquisite and the food was absolutely delicious! We danced the night away with an amazing dance floor and DJ! And the wedding cake was not only just what my daughter wanted but it tasted so good! The staff were all friendly and very accommodating making sure this special time was everything we dreamed of! Highly recommend Mignon and this beautiful new venue! Both are amazing!

An Absolute Dream

My original venue canceled on me because of COVID and I’m so glad they did. With the beautiful trees, all the sparkly lighting, the beautiful arch, the 100 year old farm house and the gorgeous barn it was a dream come true

Our perfect wedding day

Mignon Perry (the owner of Perry's Landing) is AMAZING. She and her staff went above and beyond in making sure that our wedding day was perfect! I'll start with Mignon. Mignon was basically our wedding planner, caterer, florist, reception decorator, ceremony planner, and SO much more during our wedding. She made everything so easy and stress free and we can not begin to explain how much it helped in the last few months before the wedding. Mignon was an unbelievable help and turned into a great friend. Anything we needed, she made sure we had.

Her staff were nothing short of amazing, especially on our wedding day. Our day was perfect, but it was EXTREMELY cold. Out of no where, she provided everyone with hand warmers, blankets, and anything else that we needed to stay warm. That was NOT part of our package. My wife, who was wearing high heels and was stuck in the cabin, actually was carried by one of her staff members to the ceremony sight so that she didnt have to get her feet cold. This was just one example of how they went above and beyond for us.

The venue itself was gorgeous. It is a barn theme with horses in the background and a beautiful garden for the ceremony area. The food was amazing, the DJ (which she provided) was perfect, the cake (which she provided) was delicious and beautiful, the flowers (which she provided) were beautiful, and everything was just perfect. We 1000 percent recommend Mignon and the staff at Perry's Landing to anyone looking to get married!

Our perfect dream day!
