About the Owners

Perrys Landing is a dream come true for Loren and Mignon Perry. Loren’s dream was to live in a home located on his private airport. So, Loren set out to make his dream a reality when he purchased approximately two hundred and eighty (280) wooded acres, he then cleared and prepared the land to include a 3000 foot runway. Mignon’s dream was to replicate the beautiful gardens of her native island – Jamaica – at her home in Augusta. To realize her dream, Mignon carved out approximately fifteen acres of the property and set about creating a stunning garden featuring Azaleas, Hydrangeas, Roses, Clematis, Elephant Ears, and Banana Plants, Seasonal Annuals, Fountains and Bird Houses, just to name a few……..please come visit our venue…..appointments are available immediately.
