Where do I even begin...
The Barn PNW was the most magical and beautiful setting for the best day of my life. I couldnt have dreamt for a more perfect setting. My husband was blown away as well and in tears at how beautiful everything was on our wedding day. The Hildebrants are a wonderful family to work with. Kellye has a heart of gold and truly cares about making your day special. She is the best coordinator.
She went above and beyond and put in so many hours picking up the slack on things I couldnt do myself. She is a rockstar! She kept me relaxed and constantly checked in on me leading up to the big day to see if there was anything she could help with. Im sure my wedding day had hiccups but I didnt notice them because she was on top of everything. Thank you so much for your hardwork. The heart you put into what you do is incredible. You guys do an incredible job keeping the grounds and barn pristine and beautiful as well. We had so many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. :)

I loved everything about this venue! We had a fabulous wedding day and rave reviews from all of our guests about how gorgeous it is out there!

Not to mention how wonderful the family who runs it is. I would recommend this place to anyone who is searching!

To start, this venue is BEYOND gorgeous!!! The ceremony space is breath-taking, the orchard & the property are so well-kept, the barn (reception/getting ready area) is prestine and perfect for the rustic, country-home feel. Plus, you get all 3 events (rehearsal, ceremony, & reception) in one place, saving money and travel time! The entire family are one of THE sweetest families I had ever met! There were a few bumps in the road (not The Barn's fault), and Kellye jumped right in with our family and helped save the day. She went above and beyond for us, to ensure our day was perfect! We are so grateful to her & her family. Every one of our guests could not believe what a beautiful venue we found - There were SO many compliments! If you are looking for a beautiful barn/outdoor venue, this is your place! If hired, please respect and understand this is their familly land, their home. Don't leave trash, and treat it with love so that other's can enjoy it's beauty as well. Thank you SO much, Hilldebrandt family! Your home, and your kindness will always be special in our hearts! I can't say enough about ya'll! :)
P.S. - The bartenders were adorable and amazing! They did an outstanding job of making sure everyone had a good time, without being over-served! Thank you so much, sweet bartenders! <3

We have loved working with Kellye and the Hildebrant family. Their venue is STUNNING and is naturally beautiful. They provide so much with the rental of the venue and the price is very reasonable. Kellye has been wonderful at answering all my questions and working with my vendors. The barn does have specific rules and requirements for certain things that have changed during our wedding planning process. That is my only complaint!

The venue was gorgeous but the management was poor for three key reasons:
1-My family and I were treated like we did something wrong before we even showed up. We left our venue early on wedding day because it was hard to feel like someone wasn't watching over your shoulder the entire time
2-Due to a miscommunication between the family, I was told less than 24 hours before the wedding that the event could be shut down
3-The contract changed, and I had to pay an extra $200 for a bartender because we had to use one on their list

I understand the stresses that come with both positions, however, it is unfair to make people feel like they aren't welcome at a venue on their wedding day after spending thousands of dollars and accommodating contract changes.
