The Barn at Coal Creek is a wedding venue located on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma. Set on 20 acres of farmland, it's the perfect venue for your perfect day. We have over 5,000 square feet of indoor space that is climate-controlled. With our get-ready suites, commercial kitchen, and bar spaces, we can meet all of your wedding day needs. If you're wanting an outdoor wedding, our patio and outdoor ceremony space can accommodate 100 guests and has the beautiful Oklahoma sky and pastureland as its quaint backdrop.

Perfect Venue
From the loft to the bridal and grooms suite, this venue as perfect! The fully furnished kitchen was a huge help for our caters to get food prepped and ready. The bridal suite is a little dark even the the light up mirrors so our photographer did have to use the flash but the speak peaks we got were amazing!!! The extended concrete at the alter is perfect and let’s talk about those wood ceilings! 😍

A hidden gem
Jenny is amazing! She was so sweet and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning journey and made so many helpful suggestions that we never would have thought of. The venue is BEAUTIFUL; we had our ceremony outdoors and the reception blended using the indoor space and the outdoor patio and it was perfect! Our guests loved it! Booking The Barn at Coal Creek with Jenny was the best decision we made for our wedding.
