Amber from Ten Aveda gave me the perfect cut and color just right before my wedding day! She perfected my balayage, and I'm so happy with how my hair looked in my wedding photos!

I have always gone to Aveda to get my hair cut, so I decided to have them do my wedding hair and makeup as well. All in all, the end product was good (thankfully) but it took a bit of work to get there. First, I couldn't schedule the appointment with anyone I knew. Then when I went to my trial, the stylist tried to get me to change my mind about how to do my hair. Luckily, I put my foot down the day of, and she fixed my hair the way I wanted. Another stylist did the same thing to one of my bridesmaids though. The makeup artist was really good, but I had to bring half of the supplies (mascara, eye liner, eyelashes), because Aveda didn't provide them (even though they say they do). Also, my bridesmaids and I were completely split up all over the salon while we were getting ready, which was a bummer because we wanted to hang out together. Thankfully everything turned out okay and I'm happy with the way I looked the day of, but it was a little too stressful to get to that point!
