Templis Aquaria is a rare and stunning wedding venue in Orocovis, Puerto Rico. Nestled deep in the lush, untouched beauty of Puerto Rico, Templis Aquaria Eco Sanctuary offers an off-grid escape where nature’s grandeur takes center stage. Perfect for brides dreaming of a secluded, intimate wedding, our sanctuary provides an enchanting setting for micro-weddings and elopements, blending sustainability and natural beauty into one unforgettable location.

Exclusive Micro-Wedding Spaces

Our venue features several picturesque spots for your micro-wedding or elopement, all surrounded by tropical greenery and the tranquil sounds of nature. What makes this space even more magical is our soon-to-be-constructed deck overlooking the river, designed to host up to 35 guests (possibly more under special circumstances). Imagine exchanging vows with the serene flow of water beneath your feet, the whisper of trees in the air, and nature embracing every moment of your celebration.

A Rare, Majestic Waterfall Experience

Occasionally, after a few days of heavy rain, you may be graced by an unforgettable sight—a breathtaking, 90-foot-tall cascading waterfall that sporadically comes to life, providing a dramatic backdrop to your special day. While we cannot guarantee its flow, this incredible natural spectacle adds a unique element of surprise and grandeur.

In addition to this rare occurrence, we have a smaller, year-round waterfall that’s just a five-minute walk from the venue. Whether you’re looking to capture stunning photos or simply enjoy its beauty, the smaller cascade is always there to enhance your wedding experience. This fall flows year round, but the waterfall behind the deck flows intermittently, and there is no rhyme or reason to when it flows other than lots of rainfall!

Meet Your Hosts

We are Kalina and Dominick, the hosts of this special venue nestled in the mountains of Puerto Rico. Inspired by our own love story, we opened Templis Aquaria to other couples after realizing that traditional wedding venues didn’t quite match our dream. We got engaged in February 2024 and spent months searching for the perfect venue. While we found many beautiful spots, they often felt too formal or rigid. That’s when we decided to create our own dream space—relaxed, elegant, off the beaten path, and close to nature. As we break ground on our new deck, we are excited to share this space with couples who are also celebrating their love. The venue's new deck opens formally after our wedding in April and were already nearly booked!

We are committed to offering clear, upfront pricing to all our couples. We don’t believe in adjusting costs based on what we think someone can pay—we’re here to provide fair, consistent pricing for everyone. Unlike wedding planners or coordinators who manage the entire wedding day, my role focuses on the venue itself. I’ll ensure the space is perfectly prepared, coordinate access for vendors, and handle any venue-specific logistics. But I also go beyond the basics:

• I’m as excited about your wedding as you are! You can call, text, or email me anytime, and I’ll respond promptly to support you through the process.

• Whether it’s offering advice, helping with local referrals, or ensuring your venue is perfect for your big day, I’ll go the extra mile to make sure your wedding is stress-free and unforgettable.

Unlimited Time to Celebrate:

• Our packages (except Nature’s Vow) include multi-day access to the venue, allowing you to:

• Set up your wedding exactly how you envision it.

• Host a relaxed rehearsal dinner with your loved ones.

• Celebrate your wedding day at your pace, with no strict time limits.

• Enjoy a post-wedding brunch in our serene setting.

• Unlike venues with hourly charges or rigid timelines, we prioritize flexibility so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience, there is no extra cost for those events at the property.

Privacy and Exclusivity:

Templis Aquaria is yours and yours alone during your event. With no overlapping events or outside interruptions, you’ll have complete privacy to celebrate in harmony with nature.

Important Notes for Your Wedding at Templis Aquaria

1.What’s Included:

Please note that our packages include only the items listed above. They do not include flowers, photography, catering, drinks, sound equipment, or staff.

2.Transportation & Coordination:

•Groups over 10 must use a shuttle service to and from the venue, as there is no parking on-site. We recommend nearby accommodations such as Hacienda Negron or Divisoria for convenience.

•Additionally, groups over 10 are required to have a coordinator or designated point of contact to ensure the day runs smoothly.

3.Photography:

•We’re thrilled to offer an in-house photographer who knows every angle, lighting secret, and hidden gem at our venue. His work is exceptional, and his pricing is unbeatable! Let us know if you’d like to add on a photography package or customize what you need—he’s our top referral for a reason! (Additional costs apply)

4.Catering:

•Just 10 minutes from the venue is a world-class chef who specializes in catering unforgettable events. His schedule is in high demand, so we encourage booking as early as possible. If you’re interested, we’d be delighted to facilitate the connection and help you secure his services. (Additional costs apply)

5.Music

•We are thrilled to have access to a personal in-house Spanish guitarist who can provide enchanting music for your special day. His talent is unmatched, and his pricing is outstanding. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to facilitate the connection and help bring this unique touch to your wedding celebration!

Save the Date Policy

To secure your wedding date at Templis Aquaria, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to half of the total package cost. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including unexpected events such as illness, hurricanes, or other acts of God. This is because the funds are used to cover upfront costs, rentals, and services that are also non-refundable to us.

However, your wedding is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring your special day happens! In the event of an unforeseen disruption, we will work with you to reschedule your event for a future date that works for you and your loved ones. While the timing may change, our dedication to bringing your vision to life remains steadfast.
