Services Offered

The aim of the services at Teal Crown Events is to ensure that the clients can enjoy the planning process. Beginning with consultations, Sarah works with the couple to arrange timelines and the logistics. From here, Sarah collaborates with the vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page while overseeing the decorations the day of. Then, while the pair are whisked away toward newlywed life, Sarah and the team take care of the cleanup. Sarah offers a range of packages from day-of to full-service planning. The professional can also organize the shower and pre-wedding party. The team provides additional services that can be added to existing packages, including event invitation assembly, gift transportation, and more.

Very organized, professional and fun! Who could ask for more?

I highly recommend Sarah! She is very organized, professional, and fun to work with. My husband and I planned most of our wedding so we had Sarah for some recommendations/guidance and full day-of coordination. She listened, took account of our budget, and did her research well for last-minute vendors that we wanted, like a DJ. I had a special request of how and when I wanted group photos to be taken after the ceremony and she honored it and executed it well. The day of the wedding I barely worried about anything because Sarah had it all under control!

Best wedding & best coordinator :)

My wedding was on 9/2/2023 and I hired Sarah for my DOC, as recommended by my friend. We had bi-weekly / weekly meetings leading up to the wedding with an agenda so that she made sure we were ready for the big day. She had ready-to-use documents that were super helpful for setup/cleanup and other details that we utilized 100%. She answered all of our questions and worked on the timeline many times so that we had enough time to do what was important at our wedding.
What is the result of working with Sarah? I actually had so much fun at the wedding! The event followed the timeline so we didn't feel rushed. I had some changes on the spot, and she communicated with other vendors so that I could enjoy the moment. Sarah made sure I was eating during the wedding, which I appreciated a lot too. Thank you Sarah!!!!

Sarah is a gem!

We are SO grateful we found Sarah for our day of coordinator. In a sea of very expensive wedding planners and day of coordinators, Sarah stood out both for her very reasonable prices, but even more so for her attention to detail, her professionalism, and her consistent kindness and support to help us have exactly the day we envisioned for our wedding. From the first moment we talked with her through the end of our wedding night, Sarah was stellar. We really couldn't have imagined our wedding day going any better. Along the way she was generous and thoughtful, she provided us with useful tools and spreadsheets when we needed them, and encouragement and thoughtful guidance from her wedding experience on what would work and what might not, while always supporting us to make the decision that felt right to us. We really couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator for our wedding!

Sarah is the BEST!

We were so thankful to have Sarah as our day of coordinator for our wedding in April 2023. Not only did she provide day of services but we had 3 calls with her leading up to the wedding to go over all the details and she helped fill in any gaps we had and helped ease my anxiety by providing organizational spreadsheets/timelines/tools, etc that was helpful to organize everything for myself and for family!
The day of, I don't even know if there were any concerns or anything that didn't go as planned because Sarah just handled everything! I felt truly relaxed and my husband and I had so much fun and thoroughly enjoyed our day with our guests!!
She was easy to work with, organized, took initiative, friendly. You must hire Sarah!!!! I will recommend her to everyone!

Thankful for Sarah!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah and Teal Crown Events! I was thankful to meet Sarah though a friend/another customer, and I can't imagine planning our big day (June 2022) without her! Utilizing Sarah for day of coordination helped us feel prepared and supported going into the day. She was so responsive and kind, and it felt like working with a friend. I appreciated Sarah's expertise and knowledge having produced many events, it was really helpful getting to chat ideas and logistics through with Sarah. During our calls leading up to the wedding, she helped us feel prepared and on the right page as we approached the date. On the day of, I can't imagine not having Sarah there to help us truly enjoy the day and for our families to enjoy the event as well. Always with a smile on her face, Sarah made our day all the more smooth, special and enjoyable! I would recommend Teal Crown events to any of my friends planning their wedding!

The Best Planner on Wedding Wire

We hired Sarah for a day of wedding planner and she went above and beyond our expectations. She met with us every couple weeks to make sure we were all on the same page and provided assurance the big day will go smooth. This support leading up to our big day was the most beneficial past of her service. She takes care of everything and leaves you feeling confident. On our wedding day Sarah coordinated every thing and handled any unexpected issues that came up. All of our vendors gave compliments about her after the wedding. I would highly recommend Sarah as a wedding planner. She will not disappoint!

Sarah is the best! Super flexible and easy to work with

Sarah was such a great coordinator. She was there when no one else was. My husband and I had to postpone our reception party part of our wedding due to covid. We were struggling to find a coordinator and found her two months before our reception party date. Most coordinators said no due to lack of time or because of our budget. Sarah had many options of packages and our date only being two months away didn't stray her away. She was our day of coordinator. Most coordinators only do month of coordination which can be frustrating when it comes to pricing and needs. Sarah was so great. Super friendly and didn't try to sway us to pay more for things we didn't need. She gave us genuine advice. Also, day of she was amazing. Super calm and on top of things. My husband and I felt like we could really enjoy our day due to Sarah's professionalism. We would recommend Sarah to anyone! We are very thankful to have had Sarah as our coordinator.

Perfect Event Planner, Don't Need to Look Farther
