Taylor Rentals met all of our expectations leading up to and including our wedding day

Taylor Rental was a key vendor to the success of Caitlin and Pat's wedding. Not only did they provide all the rentals, but they provided professional advice and outstanding customer service.

Had everything we needed up until the last minute. Set up the tent the day before our wedding in no time at all. The only negative I think is some of the prices because to rent tablecloths actually cost more than to just buy them on our own.

The standard wedding tent/rental companies in the Hartford area all had similar pricing, so in the end, we chose Taylor Rentals because our caterer (Max Catering) was used to working with them.

The good: All the Taylor employees—from the people who answered the phone to the crew members who set up the tent—were friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate any reasonable change we wanted to make. They were easy to get in touch with, they explained things well, and all the rentals looked nice and were in good condition. The owner himself came to deliver the generator for our at-home wedding.

The bad: There are two branches (Manchester and West Hartford) and multiple employees at each branch, and all those people can make changes to the contracts in the online system that Taylor uses. The end result was that at one point, there were 3 separate contracts in their system for the same wedding, with different changes made on each, and everyone was very confused until we figured out the problem. On the day of the wedding, they also forgot one item, though they were extremely apologetic and fetched it quickly.

Long story short: Great people, messy organization, but everything worked out in the end.
