Jonathan Fonbah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music with a minor in Jazz Studies from Jacksonville Sate University. Joseph, Jonathan's father, was his first teacher at the age of four years old. While in high school, he studied with Dr. Amanda Penick and Dr. Phillip Todd Westgate. Throughout college, Jonathan studied with Dr. Andy Nevala, Dr. Wendy Freeland and Dr. Parks. After playing for some of the top bands in the southeast for 6 years, Jonathan took the best qualties of all the bands and Tasteful Tea was born.

Charissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Jacksonville Sate University. Throughout college, Charissa studied with Eric Wilcox, Robert Grayson, and Paul Groves. She is currently receiving her Master's Degree in Vocal Performance at Louisiana State University.
